Row seating is possible for up to 556 people, and there is parking for 400 cars and 20 coaches in front of the building. For a company party of this size, I coordinate equipment and schedule with you early on.

In Bobingen, a seminar room is available for up to 45 people, depending on seating, with a projector, sound system and fast internet. The building is a timber construction with photovoltaics, the on-site kitchen works with Bioland ingredients, and alongside seminars and workshops, team events and Christmas parties are planned. If you celebrate after the workshop, a lean system is enough in this room.

In Untermeitingen, the event hall offers 1,500 square metres, flexible room layout and also lighting and sound equipment. The occasions include company parties, such as Christmas parties. Whether a talk with a microphone or a dance night: I check with you in advance which in-house equipment is sufficient and what I add.

Hotel-Restaurant Deutschenbaur

Fuggerstraße 11, Schwabmünchen

In Schwabmünchen, the hotel restaurant offers a restaurant for 80 guests with the Max Stube and the Banini room, and company parties, Christmas parties and anniversaries are among the occasions. For a Christmas party, we clarify in advance whether your team stays in the restaurant or is spread across the two parlours.

At the Büffelhof in Beuerbach, about 100 guests fit in the converted barn, plus up to 25 in the parlour, and company parties are among the occasions. On the terrace I provide subtle background music, which gets louder in the hall to match the evening programme.

How early should we book if our Christmas party takes place in early December in a hotel restaurant?

My dates for Christmas parties are taken quickly, so write to me as early as possible. A short-notice enquiry is also possible; in that case simply call me, and we will clarify by phone whether your date is still free. With the date and number of guests in your message, you will get my reply within a day.

What music do you choose if apprentices and senior employees of the company celebrate together at our anniversary party?

Several generations in one room are common at company parties, as is the sequence of dinner, speeches and the party afterwards, and that is exactly what I plan your evening around. We clarify your must-play tracks and anything that is off-limits with you in the preliminary call, along with the taste within your company. From the decks I can see whether the younger or the older guests are on the floor at the moment, and I adjust the music live.

Who hands over to the speakers if our conference still has talks scheduled before dinner?

I announce the speakers, and programme handovers and subtle guidance of the guests are part of my hosting. If someone from your company would rather make the announcement themselves, I hand over the microphone at that moment and take over again afterwards. I bring two wireless microphones, so hosting and questions from the audience do not have to wait for each other.

Does the music keep playing outdoors if our reception takes place in the garden of a house near Schwabmünchen?

If there is no power socket in the garden, my battery setup powers the complete system. It lasts up to five hours without a connection, so there is plenty of reserve for your reception. Mention the lack of power when you book, so that I have the batteries charged in time.

What equipment do you bring if about 100 colleagues have signed up for our company party?

How much equipment I bring depends on your room and the number of registered colleagues. At the decks I work with Pioneer or Denon controllers, and for speakers I rely on Electro-Voice, dB Technologies or RCF. Your team does not have to lift a finger for setup and teardown, both are already included in the offer.

    Who i'm not the right DJ for

    A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.

    My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
