Company parties in Bayrischzell
Huts, barns and hotel halls each place different demands on setup and coordination, and I prepare specifically for that at your company party. Six venues, from the farm in Geitau to the alpine hut on the Sudelfeld, show you how different a company evening in the mountains can be, whether in a barn, in a hut or in a small circle.
Your party can take place here in a large barn or in an alpine hut with a smaller group, as the Hasenöhrl-Hof in Geitau and the Berghotel Sudelfeld show. According to the operator, the farm's barn holds 20 to 400 people, and I lay out my equipment according to room and number of guests. Before I set up, I therefore ask you about format, number of attendees and schedule.
Whether your team celebrates the reception outdoors in the mountain village beneath the Wendelstein or starts straight inside, I plan it through with you in advance. From the welcome through dinner and speeches to the party, I set the sequence with you in the briefing, so the music does not disturb any important moment. I take care of all setup and teardown myself, so you do not have to worry about it.
The farm in Geitau names corporate and club events as occasions, from the barn to the farmhouse parlour with its own kitchen. According to the operator, the upstairs barn holds 20 to 400 people, the cowshed 28 to 160. With such a range, I only set up my system once you have told me the room and number of guests.
The Almbad in the Ursprungtal names special corporate events and anniversaries as occasions. According to the operator, the hut is rented exclusively, so your team celebrates there on its own. In a hut I plan the setup and cable routes so that they do not disturb your guests or your programme.
The mountain hotel names company celebrations and anniversaries among its occasions. According to the operator, the Obere Brösel Alm is intended for up to 50 people, another room for up to 90, and the whole house can be rented exclusively. With two room sizes and an outdoor seating area with a mountain view, I work out with you where my booth will stand.
The Wendelsteinhaus names company party and group outing as occasions; according to the operator, the mountain inn sits at 1,838 metres. The website gives no number of guests, so please ask the venue directly. I plan my equipment as soon as you know which area is available to you.
The alpine hut is in Schliersee, that is, in the surrounding area, and names company party and anniversary as occasions. According to the operator, parties of up to 150 guests are possible in the party tent from May to September, and up to 60 in the alpine barn. Whether tent or barn, I adapt my setup to it with you.

+49 176 700 580 27I integrate a solid house system, and I always bring my controller and laptop anyway. If the house system is too small for the room, I bring my own PA, which we agree with you in advance. What suits your situation we discuss in our very first conversation.
I adapt my sound system to the room and the number of attendees, so your list can also grow at short notice. The standard package covers around 100 guests, and for more people I bring the more powerful system, which covers up to 150 guests.
In the preliminary conversation I define the transitions with you, so the dance music only starts when your guests are ready for it. I pick up the microphone exclusively for speeches and programme items, otherwise I stay in the background. As a result, your evening flows without a noticeable break from the official part into the party.
For a reception under the open sky I provide quiet background music, and in the room afterwards my mix for the dance floor follows. I plan this change from the start, along with an alternative in case wind or rain changes your plans. We agree rooms and schedules with your venue in good time.
I send you my invoice after your party, and a payment term of 7 days is agreed. I get back to you within 24 hours as soon as your request reaches me. If you are planning a summer party or a Christmas party, you should contact me early; as a rule of thumb, three to six months before your date.
Gladly, because I bring in a saxophonist from my network who fits into my mix, and violin, percussion or vocals are also possible for you. For your evening, a performance works especially well as the start of the party or after dinner. You choose the right moment together with me well in advance.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
