Company parties in Berchtesgaden
Whether alpine hut, mountain barn or banquet hall: I align my setup to the venue you choose, which keeps coordination with me uncomplicated for your team. Five addresses between Obersalzberg, Oberau and Bischofswiesen show you how different a company evening in the mountains can be: rustic at the alpine hut, in the mountain barn or in the large banquet hall.
The venues you are considering for your company party are on the Obersalzberg, in Oberau and in Bischofswiesen. According to the operator, the banquet hall at the Kulturhof Stanggass holds up to about 160 people, the mountain barn of the Alpenhotel Bergzauber up to 30, and I align my setup accordingly. Because layout and size vary so much, I first ask you about format and number of guests.
If your programme starts outdoors in the mountains during the day, for instance in the national park, and ends in the house in the evening, I go through both sections with you early. In the briefing we discuss when your speeches take place and from which moment I turn the music up. I handle setup and teardown entirely myself, without your team having to help out.
On the Obersalzberg stands the Salzbergalm in an isolated spot, with a view over Berchtesgaden, and it lists company party and Christmas party as occasions. The venue gives no number of guests, so please ask there directly. I lay out my setup for the space your group gets.
The Kulturhof Stanggass in the municipality of Bischofswiesen names company anniversary and staff party as occasions. According to the operator, the banquet hall holds up to about 160 people, with a view of the Watzmann panorama. For a hall of this size, I make sure that speeches and dance music come across clearly at every seat.
The Alpenhotel Bergzauber in Oberau names company and club outings with team building or year-end events as occasions for groups. According to the operator, the house has rooms for 20 to 50 people, and the mountain barn holds up to 30. For such a manageable group, I keep my equipment lean and agree the setup with you in advance.
The Scharitzkehlalm names company party, team day and seminar as occasions. The venue also gives no number of guests, so please clarify space and date directly there. As soon as you know where your group will celebrate, I align my system to that room.
The Aschauerweiherwirt in Bischofswiesen lists corporate events among its occasions. According to the operator, up to 120 seats are available. In an inn of this kind, I position my setup so that service routes stay clear and your guests hear the music comfortably.

I started as a DJ in a club in 1998, and since 2004 I have worked with companies and private clients, over 1,450 events so far. My place is in the background; the music does the talking. Before the switch from dinner to party I build in room to breathe, so that even a long speech does not take the momentum out of your guests. +49 176 700 580 27You and I decide that together in the preliminary conversation. If the house system suits your hall, I just plug in my controller and laptop. If it is not enough, I set up my own PA, so your guests experience the evening without sound problems.
I size the sound system to the room and the number of attendees, so it can be scaled up for you. For about 100 people my normal setup is enough; if it gets fuller, I add my large system, which covers up to 150 guests.
We fix the sequence from dinner through your speeches to the first dance in advance, so I come in at exactly the right moment. My microphone stays reserved for your speeches and programme items, otherwise only music plays, and for your guests the official part flows into the party.
At the outdoor aperitif I keep the music quiet and pleasant in the background, and in the room afterwards my mix for the dance floor follows. I plan the switch with you from the start, including an idea in case the mountain weather turns. Please agree rooms and times with the venue early.
You receive the invoice from me after the event, payable within seven days. I answer your message by the following day at the latest. Anyone planning a corporate event ideally contacts me half a year to three months beforehand, and in winter I am glad to hear from you even earlier.
Yes, I gladly bring you saxophone, vocals, violin or percussion through my network, and all of them blend seamlessly into my mix. A live contribution works particularly well with me right at the start of the party or after the main course. We choose the right moment together with you in advance.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

This is how I proceed with your company: you describe the occasion, date and approximate number of attendees, in the video call we exchange wishes, and the briefing shortly before the event is for fine-tuning the schedule. On the day of the event I set up my equipment before the first guest arrives and listen to the sound in the room. For small and medium-sized groups my own system is enough; for large parties I bring in technical partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
