Parties in and around Wolfratshausen
I regularly experience how birthdays turn out in traditional inns, halls and Almen around Wolfratshausen, and your planning benefits from it. Eight addresses between Egling and the Starnberger See are ready for your birthday, from the Alm beer garden to the town hall.
At a birthday, the number of your guests decides whether the small Alm with room for 65 people is enough for you or whether it has to be a hall. Around Wolfratshausen, besides the Alm you find a municipal hall that private individuals may also rent, and a timber-built inn.
For my equipment that's a difference in set-up, not in standard: in the Alm I run a compact setup, in the hall more power. If your party is outdoors, my battery setup runs for up to 5 hours without a power connection and is completely self-contained. I go through everything else with you by phone a week beforehand, from the number of guests to the songs you can't do without.
For your birthday, the Gasthof Oberhauser in Egling provides a separate party alp for up to 65 people, plus a beer garden under chestnut trees. The venue explicitly hosts birthdays, with a bar and music in the alp. I adapt my set-up to the number of your guests.
In Icking, the Landhotel Klostermaier also hosts birthdays: the function room with access to the terrace holds up to 50 guests, and if the whole house is booked as a private party, up to 100 fit in. If you do not want to drive after the party, you book a room in the house. I lay out the dance floor to suit the room.
If you want to celebrate big, in the Imperial Ballsaal in Geretsried you will find a hall with a parquet dance floor and a stage where lighting technology creates atmosphere. A screen and projector are available in case you want to show photos or a film. Whether I use the venue's sound system or bring my own, we discuss beforehand.
The Landgasthof Lacherdinger in Ascholding has an event hall, several tavern rooms and a beer garden under chestnut trees for family and friends' celebrations. Rooms are available in the house. Tuesday and Wednesday are closed days, so plan your date for another weekday. In the parlours I keep the set-up slim.
The Wirtshaus Flößerei is a timber building right on the Loisach in Wolfratshausen, with a beer garden and sun terrace. For a birthday group it is best to ask the landlord about space and dates. I agree the terrace and taproom with you so that the music suits both.
For a milestone birthday with many guests this is an option; you ask the town about dates and conditions. I tailor my equipment to the size of the hall.
A birthday on the shore is possible in Ambach: Haus Huber am See offers a restaurant, terrace and its own beach. The restaurant is open daily, there is no closing day. Rooms in the house save your guests the journey home. For the evening by the water I tune the music to the terrace and dining room.
Three rooms are open to you for your birthday in Berg near Eurasburg: the Jägerstüberl with its tiled stove holds 25 guests, the Burgstüberl 45, the large hall 90. A beer garden and garden are included. Which room works for the dance floor depends on the number of your guests.
I took the guest numbers and room sizes from the operators' websites, as of October 2026. Whether your preferred date is free is, in the end, for the venue to tell you.
Who I am
Your birthday is coming up in Wolfratshausen, and I am your DJ if you like. I started mixing in clubs in 1998, since 2004 it has mainly been private and corporate parties, over 1450 in total. My style is relaxed: I play what suits your guests and change direction when the room demands it.
Your requests flow in, and so do shout-outs from guests. With my own edits, hits from different decades run into one another, and guests of every age can join the party. You probably already have an idea of how your evening should sound. Tell me, and I will take care of the rest.
How it works
I reply to you within a day, then come a short video call, the booking, and set-up and sound check, and at the end your dance floor stands in the alm or wherever you celebrate. See the whole process →
Request a dateAnyone who enquires with me hears back within a day. In the video call we get to know each other briefly, you tell me about your celebration, and afterwards you receive a suitable offer.
Once you are firmly booked, I give you my private mobile number, and we message each other via WhatsApp. A good seven days before the celebration, we go through every point, from music requests and no-gos to the schedule.
The equipment comes first: I arrive one to two hours before the start, set up and test the sound. I take care of arrangements with you or the venue beforehand so that later everything stays invisible.
Relaxed lounge music plays at the reception while everyone greets each other and swaps news. For the birthday guest of honour's big moment, I switch to the fitting piece and frame the moment harmoniously.
When the food is served, the guests hear pleasant music, and I support speeches and announcements with the microphone. When games, surprises or the cake come up, every moment gets its own sound.
The dance floor is open, and I take over. I pick up straight away what moves the guests and work it into the set live so that all age groups are with me until the last song.

Well before your guests arrive, my equipment is ready to go and listened through, and I take care of the tear-down afterwards entirely on my own.

+49 176 700 580 27Family, friends and colleagues each bring their own taste in music, so I mix hip-hop, Schlager and classics alongside current chart hits. From the nineties to the noughties there's everything in there that gets your guests on their feet. I keep watching who's dancing and who's sitting, and adapt the next tracks accordingly.
If there's no socket within reach of the decks there, I keep working with my battery set-up, I need nothing more from the room. In rented rooms there are sometimes fixed upper limits for the sound system, which you should ask the landlord about early. I discuss set-up time and the particularities of the venue with you beforehand, so that nothing is left open on the day of the celebration.
If your friends shout out tracks, that is welcome, I take them straight to me and you don't have to submit anything beforehand. If a track doesn't fit the moment, I save it for later. I treat your playlist as a frame with room left for such surprises.
If you want to celebrate a milestone birthday on a summer Saturday, it is best to contact me half a year to a whole year beforehand. A smaller celebration during the week can often be planned with me just 4 to 8 weeks ahead. If the date is already around the corner, write to me anyway or call my number, and I will honestly tell you whether the evening is still free.
A saxophone works especially well at the toast to your birthday, I arrange the musician for you from my network, and he plays live over my mix. Vocals, percussion or violin are also possible, and I bring the musicians with their instruments to your party. On the terrace we clarify in advance where the performance takes place and how I set up my equipment for it.

Transparency
A whole evening of nothing but Schlager and Ballermann, hour after hour? A few big crowd-pleasers in between, when the mood calls for it, belong to a good birthday party for me. Building a whole evening on them alone isn't my thing, though. I'm just as little the right person for non-stop techno sets without any contact with the crowd, for rigid request lists that get worked through from top to bottom, or for festival formats with several stages. There are other DJs who can do exactly that and love it, nothing against them, it's simply not my speciality.
My craft is mixing live for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
