Event DJ for celebrations between lakeshore and mountain views.
For a wedding, birthday or company party in Starnberg, I bring all the music equipment along, including lighting and a wireless microphone, and we sort out the framework together in advance. I don't work from a fixed playlist, because it's only the guests who show on the night what they want to hear and dance to. That way the evening stays flexible, whether there are twenty of you at the table or a hundred guests in the hall.

The district town at the northern end of the lake.
With around 24,600 inhabitants, Starnberg is the district town at the northern end of Lake Starnberg, and the lakeside promenade, the castle and the mountain views shape the look of the town.
Percha, Leutstetten and Perchting belong to it as districts, and I also set up my sound system for you in the neighbouring communities around the lake.

About me
Hi there, this is me Micha.
Behind beats per micha is Michael Zimmermann, who has been DJing at celebrations, both private and corporate, since 2004, over 1,450 so far. If you write from Starnberg, you'll hear back from me within a day, and we get to know each other by phone or video call.
I arrive early before the party, set up the speakers and listen in the empty hall to check that the sound is right. Then I stay discreetly in the background, link the songs with my own edits and pack everything up myself at the end.

Everything included.
Sound and lighting for rooms of up to about 150 guests, wireless microphones for speeches and backup equipment come to every party. On request I add uplights, a photo booth, an audio guest book or live music to the DJ set. We discuss the schedule and music calmly beforehand, so that nothing is left open on the day itself.
Does an outdoor celebration still work if it suddenly rains and we have to move indoors at short notice?
Yes, with a plan B in mind the equipment can be moved quickly. Agree with me beforehand which covered room is available, and if it comes to it we will move everything without any rush.
Can the music at the reception stay quiet enough for us to chat with the guests?
Yes, at the reception I deliberately keep the music in the background and set the level according to the number of guests and the room. Only later, when it is time to dance, do I turn it up noticeably and open the dance floor.
Can we name must-play songs in advance, as well as tracks that must not be played under any circumstances?
Yes, both are welcome, and I note them down in writing already during planning. I place the must-play songs at fitting points in the evening, and taboo tracks stay out, even if guests request them on the spur of the moment.
Do you also come if we celebrate in Percha or Leutstetten rather than in the middle of Starnberg?
Yes, all districts and the neighbouring communities around the lake are part of my service area. For the preparation, what matters is the room, the number of guests and the schedule, not the address where you celebrate.
