Celebrations in Fürth
Whether an inn with a fireplace room, a hall with a stage or a garden: every room sounds different, and what I know about such spaces goes into your planning. Four venues are available for your birthday: a forester's lodge with a garden, an event hall with a stage, an inn with a fireplace room and a tavern with a beer garden in the Oberfürberg district.
At a birthday in Fürth, a lot fits, from the pub with a fireplace room to the hall with a stage, and because guests and rooms are so different, I tailor each set anew. Twenty people at the table sound different from a hundred, and my system follows the room.
If your party falls on the days of the Michaelis-Kirchweih, when the city center is packed, we'll agree on a later start so everyone can arrive in peace. Whether garden, beer garden or hall, where the power comes from, when I can set up and how I get into the room, I sort out with you and the venue before the date.
The Altes Forsthaus names birthday parties as an occasion and, according to the operator, describes a program from the sparkling wine reception and a buffet in the garden to the party zone indoors. There is a lounge there as well. For the garden and the interior I agree with you when the music should play where.
The event hall lists birthdays and anniversaries among its occasions. According to the operator, the hall has room for up to 200 people and a stage, plus a foyer with a bar. With that much leeway, I size my setup to the actual number of your guests.
Zum Tannenbaum explicitly lists birthdays, alongside weddings, anniversaries and Christmas parties. According to the operator, the pub room seats about 60, the fireplace room around 45, and there are a beer garden and an inner courtyard as well. For small rooms like these I deliberately keep my setup slim, so you have space left to celebrate.
The Stadtwald-Schänke in the Oberfürberg district mentions celebrating birthdays and anniversaries in its bright rooms. According to the operator, there is also a beer garden. Whether indoors or outdoors, we'll discuss the setup before your party, so that music and conversation have room side by side.

Servus, you're celebrating in Fürth? Your guests know the Michaelis-Kirchweih and how exuberantly the city can party, and I'll bring the atmosphere with me. I started in clubs in 1998, and since 2004 private and corporate events have been added, more than 1450 events. At your party I stay in the background and take care of the sound, so you can celebrate with your guests.
With my own edits I blend current hits and classics so that guests of every age dance. Tell me in advance what you want and what should never play, and your evening gets your taste.

Request a dateFirst your inquiry reaches me, and the next day you have my reply. We meet briefly on a video call, you tell me about your party, and then you get my offer.
After booking, you can reach me any time on my private mobile number via WhatsApp. About a week before the party we take time for requested songs, no-gos and all questions about the schedule.
Before the start, I need one to two hours for setup and soundcheck. I'll have a quick word with you or the venue, and as soon as the guests arrive, the equipment works unobtrusively in the background.
Soft lounge music plays at the welcome, so you can chat comfortably. For the birthday guest of honor and other special moments, I provide a sound of their own.
During dinner the music stays understated and atmospheric. If speeches, games or surprises are coming up, I announce them on the microphone, and you even cut the cake to fitting music.
The goal is a full dance floor for young and old. To get there I start with the opening, watch the guests, adapt the set live and bring everyone together until the last song plays.

Songs from four decades and a feel for the right beat bring even the reserved onto the floor. Because birthdays often bring family, friends and colleagues together, I mix so that everyone from grandchild to grandma can join in. If a slideshow is running, I hold back musically.

My equipment includes lighting, a Pioneer or Denon controller and two wireless microphones, with RCF or Electro-Voice speakers providing the sound.

I combine current hits with classics from three decades, and I collect your favorite tracks before the celebration, without a rigid request list at the booth.
I'm ready with the equipment at least two hours before the start, check the sound in peace and later take everything down on my own. For that, about 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or elevators) the setup takes around 40 minutes.
You book uplights, photo station, live music or audio guest book only if you want to, and I take care of all the coordination.

+49 176 700 580 27Yes, with a battery and compact speakers there's room almost anywhere. With the host I clarify in advance where I may set up and how the booth and speakers are protected from rain.
I hand you the wireless microphone or say a few words on your behalf. You decide whether it's a short welcome or whether the microphone stays in its case entirely.
We arrange that together in the preliminary talk, and I announce each program item in good time. In between, tracks play that don't keep anyone from talking, and the music withdraws completely during the slideshow.
I start with tracks everyone knows and raise the tempo only once the floor fills up. If things go quiet at the edge, I switch back to a song that gets everyone singing along.
October is busy in the city, so it's better to inquire a few weeks ahead. Small gatherings on weekdays often work at short notice too, and I'll tell you right away whether your date is still free.
A birthday party with a DJ starts at around €900 incl. VAT. Duration, guest count and equipment determine what gets added. What is included is shown on the pricing page. Travel to Fürth is charged fairly by distance; the quote states the cost up front.
No, not for a private birthday party. You invite your guests personally, the party is not public, and then no GEMA fees apply. For a public event with free entry or ticket sales it would be different – just let me know beforehand.

This is how a birthday works with me: you give me the date, place and guest count, we briefly discuss your music by video, and during the celebration I'm happy to pick up requests from your guests.

Transparency
A whole evening of nothing but Schlager and Ballermann, hour after hour? A few big crowd-pleasers in between, when the mood calls for it, belong to a good birthday party for me. Building a whole evening on them alone isn't my thing, though. I'm just as little the right person for non-stop techno sets without any contact with the crowd, for rigid request lists that get worked through from top to bottom, or for festival formats with several stages. There are other DJs who can do exactly that and love it, nothing against them, it's simply not my speciality.
My craft is mixing live for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
