At celebrations in Werdenfelser Land, three generations often sit at one table, and my job is to get them all onto the dance floor. To do that, I collect your favourite songs beforehand and take a look at who is celebrating. On the night I mix live from several decades and follow what is happening in the room.
What makes an evening unforgettable is rarely easy to explain. It's the moments in between - the ones you feel before you understand them.

About me
Hi there, this is me Micha.
It all started with the club in 1998, and since 2004 I have been playing private and corporate celebrations, so far at more than 1450 events. One thing in particular has become clear to me: guests love to celebrate when they sense that the person at the controls knows exactly what they are doing.
For me, Werdenfelser Land is a place like any other, where I set up in good time with controller and laptop, both in duplicate, and do the sound check myself. I answer your message within 24 hours, and should I drop out, a colleague from my network steps in. I stay in the background, and my own edits make for smooth transitions.

Once you write to me, a video call to get to know each other follows, then an offer, and finally a phone call where we calmly sort out everything that is left.
At celebrations in Werdenfelser Land I mix tracks from several decades, so that every age group gets a song to sing along to now and then, whether at a wedding or a company party.
Anyone who books me gets consultation, set-up, equipment and support during the celebration all from one source, and saves the hassle of coordinating with several providers. Besides the music, a photo station, uplights or an audio guest book are possible, and I handle the arrangements with everyone involved on site for you.
🎧Can we hear beforehand how you mix, before we decide on you?
On my website there are mixes from real evenings and set lists in which every track is listed in order. If you like the style, we will go through all further details calmly in the video call afterwards. Only then do you decide, in your own time, whether I fit your celebration and your guests.
🔌Do we have to sort out with the venue ourselves where you set up your decks and speakers?
Mostly I take care of that myself and tell the venue in advance what space and connection I need. If there is no power near the decks on site, the setup runs on battery, so the celebration does not fail because of it. All I need from you is the contact at the venue, I take care of everything technical myself.
⏱️May we celebrate longer if the mood is still at its peak at the end of the booked time?
That can often be arranged on the spot, and I will agree it with you at the venue. An extended evening depends on the calendar and on the venue, so I will tell you honestly what is possible. If you already know beforehand that it should run longer, it is best to tell me when you enquire.
🏘️Does our municipality need its own page so that I can enquire with you in Werdenfelser Land?
Yes, the whole district is my service area, including every small municipality without its own page. Find your town in the list further down and send me the form, and we will sort out the rest together. I bring equipment and music to each of the municipalities at the same quality.

Werdenfelser Land is the southern part of the district, partly high alpine with the Karwendel and the Wetterstein mountains, and it borders Tirol.
The Zugspitze, Germany's highest mountain, is there, and to the north the mountains descend into a hilly landscape with lakes and extensive moors.
The district is the only one in Germany without a town belonging to the district, and I can be booked for celebrations in each of its 22 municipalities listed below.
The district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies in the southwest of the administrative region of Upper Bavaria and has the greatest height difference of all German districts. The list below contains 22 municipalities, and the district's main town is the only one with pages for each of the three occasions.
If you want schlager, après-ski and Ballermann for the whole evening, you should ask a different DJ, and I would rather say so beforehand. Now and then I happily put such tracks in the set when they bring the guests joy at the right moment. I see myself as a craftsman who blends tracks into one another without an audible seam while keeping an eye on what is happening in the room.
I am just as unsuited to techno nights without audience contact or to request lists that I am supposed to stubbornly work through. If that is what you want, please say so openly, so that we can work out together whether I am the right person.
