Company parties at Lake Garda
Typical schedules of a staff party, whether in the villa, in the fortress relais or in the hall at the old harbor, are familiar to me, and that makes coordination with me easier for you. Seven venues in the lake region, from the villa in Gargnano to the fortress in Pastrengo, show you how varied a company evening in this region can look.
In the lake region, the range for your party goes from meeting rooms in a fortress to halls for very large groups. According to its operator, one venue in Lazise accommodates up to 350 people at gala dinners, another in Pastrengo up to 150 in its meeting rooms, and I align my setup accordingly. At the start, we clarify the setting of your party and how many guests you expect, so I can choose a suitable setup.
If your evening begins with a standing reception and continues with dinner in the hall, I design both parts in advance together with you. In the briefing, I note how menu, speeches and party follow one another so no song runs into a speech. I handle the complete setup and teardown alone; your employees do not have to contribute anything.
The Dogana Veneta in Lazise lists corporate events as an occasion and is a historic building at the old harbor. For gala dinners, according to the operator, one hall holds up to 350 people, and you should verify this figure with the venue before planning. For such a wide space, I plan the sound so that speeches and music arrive clearly up to the last row of tables.
In Gardone Riviera, the Torre San Marco lists corporate events among its occasions, and the location is directly on the lakeshore according to the operator. The venue states it can accommodate up to 1,500 people, and you should have this number confirmed by the venue before planning. At this scale, I clarify early with you how much equipment your program really needs.
The Villa Cariola in Caprino Veronese lists corporate events as an occasion and is a Venetian villa according to the operator. The Sala delle Feste offers space for up to 200 people, the Sala Note for up to 100 people. Depending on which hall you choose, I select system and position, and we go through that together.
The Relais Forte Benedek in Pastrengo is located in a historic fortress and lists corporate events as an occasion. According to the operator, the meeting rooms hold up to 150 people; please ask the venue for further details on the layout. Between such old walls, I check in advance how to place my system so the sound stays clean in the room.
The Relais Borgo Romantico in Cavaion Veronese lists corporate events among its occasions. According to the operator, there are two rooms with 10 and 40 seats and a large veranda with 100 seats. Whether you celebrate indoors or on the veranda determines system and placement, and I agree on both with you.
The Villa Bettoni in Bogliaco di Gargnano lists corporate events and meetings as occasions and is an elegant residence according to the operator. Details on rooms and floor space are provided by the venue itself; please ask there directly. I tune my equipment to the area you choose.
The Splendido Bay Luxury Spa Resort in Padenghe sul Garda lists corporate events as an occasion, and meeting rooms are available according to the operator. The page gives no guest number, so please clarify size and date directly with the venue. I then plan my setup together with you as soon as room and number of guests are fixed.

Who I am
A sound system, wireless microphones and lighting, plus duplicate equipment with controller and laptop: I bring all of that to your event at Lake Garda myself. I do setup and sound check alone, at least two hours before the start. I have been a DJ since 1998, starting in clubs, and since 2004 for private and business celebrations, with over 1,450 events.
For your evening at Lake Garda, we set a clear schedule in the preliminary talk. I stay in the background, the music speaks, and with my own edits I keep the transitions between speech and dance smooth.

For the shift from dinner to the dance floor, I build in a buffer so that even a long speech does not kill the momentum. If your group approaches 150 guests, I supply all the equipment myself; only with even more guests do proven technical partners come into play.

+49 176 700 580 27That depends on the quality of the house speakers: if they are suitable for dance music, I use them and connect my controller and laptop there. If they are only good enough for announcements, I add my own PA so your hall gets even sound. We decide this together in the preliminary talk, long before your evening begins.
I design my setup for the room and the number of participants; I do not need a fixed number right away. For groups of up to about 100 people, my standard equipment is entirely sufficient. If your group grows beyond that, I bring in the stronger system, which still suffices for 150 guests.
In advance, we go through the running order of your evening so the music only starts after dinner and speeches when the hall is ready for it. I step up to the microphone only when speeches or program items of your evening are due; otherwise the music runs on its own. From your guests' point of view, there is no gap between program and party.
At the aperitif under the open sky, I keep the music quiet and conversation-friendly; once everyone goes inside, I switch to dance floor sound. For the move from outdoors to indoors, I have a plan B for rain ready, which I define with you in advance. Please clarify room and timetable with your venue; I will follow that.
You receive my invoice after the party, with a payment term of 7 days. I respond to a message from you at the latest the next day. If you are planning a summer party or an Advent party, please allow three to six months of lead time with me.
I arrange live musicians such as saxophonists, violinists, percussionists or singers from my network, and they blend into my mix. I find an appearance at the start of the dance floor or as an interlude after the meal especially impressive. We choose the right moment together with you.

Working with companies at Lake Garda works like this: you tell me the occasion, date and number of participants, we discuss your wishes in a video call, and the schedule is nailed down in the briefing shortly before the event. Before doors open, I set up on the day of the event and check the sound. For manageable groups I travel with my own equipment; if your event is large, I bring in technical partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
