Company parties in Heilbronn
A congress hall, an auditorium or an estate are very different in a business and university city, so I first ask about your program and your room. Six venues from the congress center to the estate show how different your company evening can look: as a gala in a hall, as a summer party outdoors or as a dinner in a small circle.
Your company evening in Heilbronn can take place in a congress center with several halls, in an auditorium on the Bildungscampus, in a hall on the Neckar riverbank or on an estate among the vineyards. Which sound setup is appropriate depends on the room you book, so we first ask about the occasion, the number of guests and the format of your event.
My setup takes around 40 minutes and needs about 2.5 by 1.5 meters; for larger events, technical partners join in. We write down the schedule of your evening together, and I handle setup and teardown without outside help.
The Harmonie lists conferences, congresses, company parties and trade fairs for up to 3,000 people and, according to the operator, is the largest venue of its kind in the Heilbronn-Franken region. The Theodor-Heuss-Saal measures 1,280 square meters, the Wilhelm-Maybach-Saal 558. In rooms of this size, I coordinate the sound with you early on.
The Bildungscampus lists congresses, talks, workshops and festive corporate events. The auditorium measures 457 square meters, the forum 257, 419 with the foyer. Because the auditorium and the forum need different tech, we clarify beforehand which part of the building will carry your program.
The Alte Reederei sits on the Neckar riverbank on the former BUGA grounds and lists business events and celebrations as occasions. The interior measures 211 square meters, and sound and microphones are available. We settle with you what the venue provides and what I add.
The estate between Heilbronn and Stuttgart lists summer parties, company anniversaries and product presentations. The event hall measures 290 square meters for up to 150 people, plus an outdoor area of 500 square meters. With a hall and an outdoor area, we think through where the reception and where the dance floor will go.
The Alte Kelter in the historic center of Sontheim lists company parties among its occasions. The hall measures 275 square meters and has a permanently installed stage. Whether the program and music come from this stage, we'll discuss with you.
The Bürgerhaus lists company parties in its inquiry form and offers a large hall of 360 and a small hall of 120 square meters. With two halls, we plan with you whether dinner and dancing take place separately.

Who I am
Welcome, speeches, party: the schedule of your event in Heilbronn determines how I build your music. I learned the craft in the nightclub, and later private and corporate events were added, more than 1450 in total. In the preliminary conversation we agree with you when there is talking and when there is dancing. With my own edits, the phases of your evening flow seamlessly into each other.
On the day of the event I bring system, lighting and wireless microphones, set everything up myself and check the sound before your first guests enter the room. I also coordinate with the catering and the venue's technology beforehand.

Who goes along with which track at which age, I sense in the room and steer the mix accordingly, instead of working through a list. My reference list also includes large companies from industry and tech, and I bring that experience to your event. Between dinner and party I plan some breathing room, so even a long address doesn't slow down your evening. Up to 150 guests I provide all the tech myself; for larger events I bring in reliable technical partners.

It starts with your music wish list, and I handle the further communication with the venue and with service providers myself. Songs and topics that don't suit your occasion I consistently keep out of the program on your say-so.

From seventies soul to current charts, we go through your program beforehand, and I weave the styles together into one whole.
Setup takes about 40 minutes, I'm ready before doors open, and after the last track I take everything with me again. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or elevators) setup takes around 40 minutes.

A gala or a company anniversary I treat with the same standard as any other party, from the arrival of the first guest to the farewell.

These are the questions organisers ask me most often, and if yours is missing, simply pick up the phone.
+49 176 700 580 27I look at the data sheet and photos of the house system and decide based on that. If the house system is usable, I connect my laptop to it; otherwise I set up my own speakers. I'll tell you in our first conversation which solution suits you.
I size the speakers generously, so a few more colleagues are no problem. My standard system covers up to 150 guests, and for more people I will tell you early on what extra amplification is needed.
I keep the music completely down during the speech and let it grow bit by bit afterwards. That way the party starts by itself for your guests, without anyone noticing the moment.
During the standing reception the music stays quiet enough for easy conversation, then in the ballroom it grows step by step into dance music. When your guests move over is something you set with the venue, and I follow your lead.
Four to eight weeks of lead time is ideal, and for dates in December, earlier is welcome. I answer every inquiry by the next day at the latest.
Gladly: saxophonists, violinists, singers or percussionists from my network play along with my set. In which part of the programme the performance reaches your staff most strongly, we work out together with you.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

This is how your corporate event in Heilbronn works: you tell me the occasion, date and expected number of guests, then we discuss music, schedule and room in a video call. Shortly before the date I go through the individual stages of the evening with you. On the day of the event I check the sound in the empty room before doors open. I cover a small crowd with my own system; for very large events I bring in reliable technology partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
