Wedding venues in Heilbronn
A vineyard terrace, a district hall or a riverside park each call for a different sound, so I first ask where you want to celebrate. I'll introduce five venues: a Rococo hall near the station, the large congress center, a community center in Böckingen, an old wine press house in Sontheim and a hall on the Neckar riverbank. For each one, I develop the setup and schedule together with you.
Anyone getting married in Heilbronn chooses between settings that could hardly be more different: a Rococo hall near the station, the wide hall of a congress center, a community center in Böckingen or a strip of riverbank on the former Federal Garden Show grounds. Each of these places calls for different sound, and I plan it only once you tell me your venue.
Nothing more than a booth with speakers comes into the venue: setup takes me about 40 minutes, and the space needed is about 2.5 by 1.5 meters. What you want to hear is in your portal, and so is what must never be played.
The Schießhaus lists weddings among its occasions, alongside family celebrations, corporate events and concerts. The Rococo hall upstairs measures 120 square meters, and according to the floor plan a banquet for 70 guests or a banquet with a dance floor for 60 guests is possible. Because the space for dancing is limited, we think ahead about where the dance floor will go.
The Harmonie lists weddings alongside conferences, company parties and trade fairs, and according to the operator it is the largest event venue of its kind in the Heilbronn-Franken region. The Wilhelm-Maybach-Saal can be divided into two parts: part A measures 468 and part B 162 square meters. Whether you use the whole hall or only part of it determines how much equipment I set up.
In the Bürgerhaus inquiry form, wedding appears among the occasions. The Große Saal measures 360 square meters, the Kleiner Saal 120, and both have a mobile stage. Whether you celebrate in one of the two halls or in both determines where the dancing happens and where my spot at the edge is.
The Alte Kelter describes itself as an event location with history in the historic center of Sontheim and names family celebrations as an occasion. The ground-floor hall measures 275 square meters and has a permanently installed stage. Together we work out whether the stage and dance floor work together or whether the music sits on the floor.
The Alte Reederei sits right on the Neckar riverbank on the former BUGA grounds and, according to the city's website, can be rented for celebrations of up to 140 people. The interior measures 211 square meters, and a mobile stage is available. Whether you start with a view of the water and dance indoors, we'll discuss with you and the venue.

I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.
Who I am
If you marry in Heilbronn, the day should sound like you, whether among the grapevines, in a hall or on the Neckar riverbank. My path began in a nightclub, where every track had to prove itself in front of a real dance floor, and from that came more than 650 weddings and over 1450 celebrations in total.
I cut titles from many decades into my own edits so that grandparents, friends and colleagues dance to the same music. I take time for your preliminary conversation, because only someone who knows your guests hits the right tone on the night. In the end you should be able to say: that was our party.
How it works
Whether your date is free, you'll know within a day of sending me a short message. In a video call we then sort out everything else.
Request a dateSend me the date and venue as soon as you know both, and I'll get back to you the same day, within 24 hours at the latest. The video call is non-binding: you get to know me, we exchange ideas, and afterwards your offer is ready.
With your booking you get access to the wedding portal, a web app for favorite songs, no-gos, special moments and the schedule. About a week before the celebration I call you, and we go through the program together.
My setup takes about 40 minutes, but I'm at the venue early enough to check the room's acoustics and coordinate with the speaker and photographer. The system needs about 2.5 by 1.5 meters and fades into the background.
For the entrance, ring exchange and exit I play the pieces you've chosen. At the reception that follows, soft lounge music plays, and if there's no power outdoors, the battery takes over.
During the meal I keep the music calm. Speeches go through the wireless microphone, and for games, surprises and the bouquet toss I choose the fitting track each time.
For the first dance we use your requested edit, and then the evening really begins. I watch the dance floor, change the set live and keep young and old moving until the last track.

Setup takes about 40 minutes, I check the sound without rushing, and I pack everything up myself after the party. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or elevators) setup takes around 40 minutes.

A strong battery is enough for the entrance, the ring exchange and the exit of your ceremony, so you don't need a power outlet nearby.

I watch which tables are still seated and then pick a track that will reach them. I blend Schlager, chart hits and classics in my edits so you never hear a hard cut. You note your requests and the tracks that are off limits in your portal.
Yes, I can arrange musicians who perform alongside me: a female singer, a saxophonist, a female violinist or a percussionist. The moment with the biggest impact is often the dessert or the opening of the dance floor, and we decide together when it comes.
For a group like that I bring a small setup that doesn't overwhelm the room, and I keep the music quiet enough for conversation. I use only a fraction of my system, which carries up to 150 guests.
If you're getting married in summer, ask early, because Saturdays fill up fast. You'll know whether your preferred date is free at the latest the day after your message.

It starts with the date, the venue and the guest count, and I don't need more than that from you. Then you tell me in a video call what makes your celebration special, and a week before the date I call you once more.
