Company parties in Mönchengladbach
Art Nouveau hall, vaulted cellar or conference area at the stadium: every room in Mönchengladbach needs different sound, which is why I first ask about the programme and the number of guests. Six venues, from the Art Nouveau building and the hall on the Abteiberg to the museum and the conference area at the stadium, show how different your company evening can look: as a gala in a ballroom, as a reception in the foyer or as an outdoor summer party.

Under a vault I pay particular attention to the reverberation, in a wide foyer to the paths your guests take between reception and dance floor. We write down when each programme item follows in the briefing; I handle delivery and assembly of my equipment myself.
The Art Nouveau building offers a festival hall with parquet and up to 560 seats with banquet seating, the balcony hall on the upper floor and a 700 square metre foyer. The operator lists conferences, among other things. Where in the building music and dancing are possible, we clarify with the event management.
Seven rooms for 10 to 350 people, a vaulted cellar, a beer garden and the garden grounds towards Hans-Jonas-Park belong to the house. The Kaisersaal has 300 square metres of parquet, and you choose the caterer freely. We discuss early with the venue whether speeches, dinner and dancing fit into one room.
The operator lists a summer party, Christmas party and team event; the venue includes a dining room and a large outdoor area. You can rent just the venue or add catering. Since the venue has its own sound system, please check beforehand whether my equipment may be set up in addition.
The hotel lists private and business events for 10 to 1,500 people with access to conference rooms in the stadium. Catering from breakfast to a hot lunch buffet is possible. The hotel can tell you which rooms are available for a party with music, and then we plan my equipment.
The museum rents out its lecture hall, classroom, café and terrace for events and corporate events. Because of the open architecture and the ongoing museum operation, the venue asks for precise advance agreement on whether it takes place during the day or on an exclusive evening. Please check with the museum whether music and equipment are possible.
The historic industrial building with high ceilings, brick walls and a loft brings industrial flair to your party, and the terrace lies on the Niers. The operator accepts event enquiries. For an outdoor summer party we talk about power, covering and the routes for the equipment.

Whether it is a summer party, an anniversary or a Christmas party: when people eat, are honoured and dance at your event in Mönchengladbach determines how I build the evening. I learned my craft in the nightclub, and more than 1450 events now stand behind me, private and corporate. If shifts end at different times, I plan the evening so that late arrivals still find a good atmosphere. I bring the system and wireless microphones myself; set-up and soundcheck are part of the job. If the venue uses its own technicians, I coordinate with them directly.

From the soul of the seventies to today's charts, we agree your programme in advance, and I join the styles into a whole.
Setup takes around 40 minutes and needs about 2.5 by 1.5 metres, and after the last track I clear everything away again. About 2.5 m width and 1.5 m depth are enough for that, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or lifts) setup takes around 40 minutes.

Before I plan the speakers I need room size, power connections and the time slots for set-up and take-down from you. Then the sound system fits the room and the number of guests at your summer party.
I start with pieces you can talk over and let the energy grow once your guests get up. With edits I link classics and current hits so that every group finds something for itself.
In the briefing we note who speaks when; at your signal I turn the music down. Once the last speech is over, I slowly bring the level back up so that your evening keeps flowing.
A party of 400 is beyond my standard set-up, so here I bring in a technology partner. I will tell you what your room requires in detail during planning.
Four to eight weeks are usually enough for me; if a large event is coming up or your date falls in peak season, write to me earlier. You can expect an answer within a day.

For your company party in Mönchengladbach, you tell me the occasion, date and number of guests; in the video call we talk about music, programme and room. Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
