Whether old town, Hiltrup or Roxel, Telgte or Greven: I'm Michael Zimmermann, and I build my evening around the people in the room. If you celebrate in a city with a university, moated castles in the surrounding area and a harbour full of studios, you rarely need a ready-made playlist, and we talk through what plays instead beforehand by phone or video call.

University city in the Münsterland and seat of the administrative district.
Münster has over 300,000 inhabitants in six city districts and is the seat of the administrative district of the same name. The Peace of Westphalia was concluded here in 1648, the palace was built from 1767 to 1787 to plans by Johann Conrad Schlaun and today houses the university. The Aasee was completed in 1934 as a reservoir, and the Kreativkai lies at the city harbour.
Whether your celebration takes place in a city district, in a moated castle or in one of the neighbouring municipalities makes no difference to my planning. Telgte, Greven, Senden and Havixbeck are also part of my area.

About me
Behind the decks when the party starts.
In the club, I learned how a single track can fill or empty a room. Today there are over 1450 events behind me, more than 650 of them weddings, plus company evenings and birthdays from the hall to the kitchen.
How guests experienced it is shown by 60 Google reviews with an average of 5.0 stars. My planning starts with the guests, their ages and the room; the music comes after that.
As a member of DJ Allianz e.V., I give workshops on transitions and reading the dance floor. When fellow students, colleagues and relatives from the countryside are all meant to dance together in one evening, I use that all the time.

Everything included.
Sound and lighting for rooms of up to about 150 guests, wireless microphones for speeches and backup equipment come to every party. On request I add uplights, a photo booth, an audio guest book or live music to the DJ set. We discuss the schedule and music calmly beforehand, so that nothing is left open on the day itself.

Music, equipment and, if you like, announcements are all down to me, whether you celebrate in Hiltrup, in the old town or at the harbour. You decide the schedule, and I bring it to life musically.
How far into the Münsterland do you travel?
To all six city districts and to towns like Telgte, Greven, Senden or Havixbeck. Just tell me where your celebration is.
When is it worth getting in touch?
As soon as you have a date. Popular Saturdays go first, and within a day you will know from me whether your date is still free.
Does the music also work for a celebration in a park or by the water?
Yes, for an outdoor celebration I use battery-powered equipment if there is no power socket nearby. Whether you are allowed to use the grounds is something you clear with the owner.
What happens if a piece of equipment fails in the middle of the evening?
A second setup with a spare laptop always comes along, even to a celebration in Greven or Nottuln. If something fails, the music keeps playing.
