My name is Michael Zimmermann; I provide the music for your day from the reception to the last round on the dance floor. Wedding venues in Siegen
First I'd like to know whether you're celebrating in a hall in the valley, in a hotel at the forest's edge or in a house on the Siegberg, because my setup depends on it. Five addresses show how different a wedding in Siegen can be: a congress center, a castle on the Siegberg, a hotel in the Langenbach valley, a country hotel on Frankfurter Straße and a theater that can be rented on request.
In Siegen you can celebrate in a large hall, in a hotel at the forest's edge or in a house on the Siegberg. Because the rooms sound so different, I only decide on speakers and lighting mood once you've chosen your venue.
On a slope, paths and stairs are often longer than expected, so I ask about access and entrances beforehand. I'm done setting up after about 40 minutes and then listen to the empty room before the guests arrive.
The congress center opened in 1961 and, according to Wikipedia, has ten halls; the main hall offers 2,400 seats. Listed uses are congresses, concerts and celebrations. You'll clarify with the venue which hall suits your guest count; after that I plan the dance floor and speakers.
The residence of the Nassau-Siegen line has belonged to the city since 1888 and has housed the Siegerland Museum with its Rubens room since 1905. In summer there are concerts and theater in the castle park. Whether a wedding celebration is possible there or in the house, you'll ask the city; on a hillside I think through the routes for the equipment early.
The hotel sits in the Langenbach valley on the edge of the Rothaargebirge, has 14 meeting rooms from 24 to 400 square meters and, by its own account, supports the planning of private celebrations. You'll find out at the hotel which room fits your guests, then I'll arrange the dance floor.
The country hotel is described as family-run and lists three rooms for private family celebrations and business events. You'll ask them directly whether your wedding party fits; for smaller groups, a compact setup is enough for me.
The building was created in 2007 in the former Apollo cinema centre. According to the operator, it can be rented on request. Whether a wedding celebration is possible, you clarify with the sponsoring association; a theatre hall needs different sound reinforcement than a ballroom.

I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.
Who I am
At your wedding in the Siegerland, school friends, club members, University of Siegen students and the whole extended family often sit at one table. So that they all dance together after dinner, I cut my transitions myself and connect classics with current hits until you can no longer hear a clash of styles.
You enter your wishes and no-gos in the wedding portal beforehand, and we go through them on a video call. On the night I follow the dance floor rather than a rigid plan. So that you both can enjoy the day, I also handle the coordination with the venue, photographer and catering staff.
How it works
A date and a venue are enough for the first contact, and I'll get back to you the same or the next day. Everything else, from setup to schedule, we discuss afterwards on a video call.
Request a dateOnce you tell me the date and venue, I'll reply the same day, within 24 hours at the latest. The video call doesn't commit you to anything: we get to know each other, you tell me about your plans, and only then do you get the offer.
After booking, I unlock your wedding portal. There you maintain requested songs, no-gos and the timeline, and about a week before the celebration we go through the day by phone.
On the wedding day I arrive in good time, set up in about 40 minutes, do the soundcheck and coordinate with the speaker, photographer and catering staff.
For the entrance, ring exchange and exit, the songs you have chosen play. At the reception soft lounge music plays, and if there's no power outlet nearby, the system runs on battery.
During dinner I keep the music quiet. A wireless microphone is enough for speeches, and for games, surprises and the bouquet toss I find the right song each time.
You open the dance with your chosen song. After that I watch the floor and keep adapting the set until all generations sing along to the last song.

Disco, soul, pop or charts: which direction fits at any moment is shown by the guests' mood on the night, not by a fixed concept.
For setup and soundcheck I allow a good 40 minutes with a footprint of 2.5 by 1.5 meters, and I pack up alone afterwards. About 2.5 m wide and 1.5 m deep is enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or elevators) setup takes around 40 minutes.

I accompany the entrance, ring exchange and exit with battery-powered equipment, so you need neither cables nor an outlet nearby.
A photo station, live music, uplights and an audio guest book can be added, and I take care of the coordination.

+49 176 700 580 27Yes, I carry the equipment from the car into the room myself. Tell me about the access road, parking and the way to the hall, and I'll let you know in advance when I need to arrive so I'm ready on time.
That works if I win over both groups early. To start, I pick songs that students and grandparents both know, then let the set grow with the crowd's reactions. In the portal you note in advance what must never be played, and I plan the whole evening around that.
Bare walls and concrete throw the sound back; I hear that at the soundcheck without an audience and adjust speakers and levels. Once the guests are in the room, I check the sound again and correct it.
For Saturdays in spring and summer, you should plan several months ahead, because popular dates go early. Just send me your date, I'll get back to you within 24 hours and hold the day for you without obligation.
I'll agree the order with you beforehand and make sure the momentum carries on after the speech and the performance. For the band, I need information about their equipment, then I'll build the breaks into my schedule.
At the reception, a calm selection plays that supports your conversations without crowding anyone. When the guests arrive later, I start gently and build the mood slowly, so you don't have to prepare anything for it.
