My path at the mixing desk began in 1998, since then I have looked after more than 1450 events and sense early where the mood is heading. Celebrating in the City of Flowers
Pavilion in the park, restaurant with terrace or historic hall: first I want to know what your space looks like, because that determines how much system I set up and where it goes. Five venues are available for your birthday: a pavilion, a restaurant with terrace, a glasshouse full of desert plants, an open-air festival ground and a hall in the old town.
In Erfurt, depending on the occasion, you can celebrate in a pavilion among the themed gardens, in the park restaurant, under the glass roof of a desert house or in a historic hall in the old town. If only a few friends come, a slim setup is enough; if the whole family turns up, the system grows with it. All I need to know is where you are celebrating.
If you invite guests to your own flat or garden, I pack compact equipment that can manage without mains power if necessary. We clarify space and sockets in advance, so that in the evening you are only the host.
For your celebration the operator names the Mainzpavillon in the middle of the park, suitable for private parties. It measures 140 square meters and, according to the operator, has a capacity of 80 people. With a guest count like that I get by with compact technology that doesn't cover your conversations.
According to the operator, the Caponniere restaurant has 150 square meters with 80 seats inside and 150 seats outside. If you celebrate indoors and outdoors at the same time, we agree beforehand where the music should play and where your guests can simply sit in peace.
The operator lists the desert and jungle house Danakil for corporate and private events, with 326 square meters of event space, a 100 square meter foyer and room for 250 people. A room like this glasshouse calls for a test run of the technology, so the volume suits your party.
On the egapark's website, milestone birthdays are expressly listed among the occasions, and the open grounds are available with a party tent on request. For a celebration under the open sky, I work out with you how the weather, the power and the volume fit together.
The Kaisersaal is a cultural and congress center in the old town, and according to Wikipedia the historic hall holds up to 560 people. For a big milestone birthday in a tall room, I set up the technology to suit your guest count.

Who I am
You invite people to Erfurt, I deliver the sound. I learned the craft in a nightclub, then came private and company celebrations of all sizes, more than 1450 to date. For me a successful party has no rigid plan, it needs someone who listens.
In my edits, classics and current hits run into each other without a break, so that older and younger guests both get onto the floor. Tell me beforehand what you like and what you don't, and your evening comes together without a big show, and you celebrate along, relaxed.
How it works
Send me the date and venue of your party, and the same or the next day I will get back to you, followed by a video call, setup and party. In between I answer your questions myself.
Request a dateI get back to you no later than one day after your inquiry. In a short video call you tell me about your birthday, and then your offer follows.
When you book, you get my mobile number, because WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me. Seven days before the party we go over requested songs, no-gos and the schedule.
Before the guests arrive I set up; one to two hours are enough for me for the equipment and the sound check. I clarify last questions with you or the venue, so that everything runs calmly and unobtrusively.
On arrival, subtle lounge music lets your guests settle into conversation. For the birthday guest of honor or a special moment, I pick the music that fits exactly.
I hit the right tone for the program: music for dinner, a mic for speeches and announcements, fitting tracks for games, surprises and the cake cutting.
Once the dance floor is open, I take over completely. I feel the mood, adapt the set spontaneously to your guests and get young and old onto the floor until the last song plays.

For your birthday I put together a set that belongs only to you, and develop it as the party goes on. Tracks from different decades also bring those onto the floor who only wanted to watch. A balcony, a garden or the living room is enough for me, as I carry my compact setup in myself. If a slideshow is playing or someone is giving a speech, I take the music down immediately.

Alongside classics from many decades, the current hits are part of my sets, and I take your requests beforehand without rigidly ticking off a list at the booth.
A good two hours before your guests arrive, my equipment is set up and sound-checked, and after the party I dismantle everything myself. About 2.5 m width and 1.5 m depth are enough for that, and under normal conditions (car close to the set-up location, no stairs or lifts) the set-up takes around 40 minutes.
Whether lighting, photo station, live music or audio guest book: you alone decide which extras come along, and I take over the coordination.

+49 176 700 580 27Yes, even with twelve people I can tell who wants to dance and play accordingly. If the restaurant already has equipment, I take a look at it; if it is no good, I bring my own. For small groups I keep the volume down so nobody has to shout at the table.
Of course, a wireless microphone is ready as soon as you want to thank someone or welcome a guest. A friend can take it from me for a toast, too. Whether I make announcements or stay quiet is up to you.
Any time: just let me know at the booth, and I will note the song and bring it in when it fits the flow. Your list is my foundation, but the evening also lives on what your guests ask for.
A milestone birthday in a fixed venue should be registered with me at least half a year ahead, because Saturdays are rare. I often plan a small party with just a few weeks of lead time. After your message I will get back to you by the next day at the latest.
That can be arranged: through my network I arrange saxophone, violin, vocals or percussion to join my set. We pick the best moment for the performance together with you right at the start.

Transparency
Hours of nothing but Ballermann and schlager? A few hits of that kind can work well at a birthday party when the mood is right, which is why they have their place with me too. Building a whole evening on them is not my line, though. I'm also not your DJ for techno with no connection to the crowd, for a list ticked off title by title, or for festivals with several stages. There are colleagues who are really good at that and love it; nothing against them, it's simply not my territory.
What I do is live mixing for guests who want an evening with feeling: clean transitions, the right title at the right moment, more than letting a playlist run. That is why I tell you openly beforehand what doesn't suit me, so that you aren't disappointed on the night.
