Company parties in Braunschweig
Volkswagen Halle, stadium lounge or a venue at the Ringgleis: every venue in Braunschweig calls for its own approach to sound and setup, which we clarify with you beforehand. Six venues show how different your company evening in Braunschweig can look: a large hall at Europaplatz, the stadium in the north, a site among historic locomotives, a concert venue at the Ringgleis, a building on the university campus and an event venue with movable walls.

Besides the main room you may use a foyer or side rooms; then we decide together where guests are welcomed and speeches are given and where the dancing happens later. If you are planning outdoors, a weather plan belongs in your concept early on.
The Volkswagen Halle opened in 2000, is the largest covered event hall in Braunschweig and holds up to 8,000 visitors for arena events with a centre stage; for smaller occasions it lists a business foyer, the Fürst-Lounge and a restaurant. With such different rooms, we decide whether your evening should sound in the foyer or in the arena.
On three levels, the stadium offers over 2,000 square metres for conferences, trade fairs and parties, with a box lounge and business areas, and hosts events of up to 1,500 people. If your rooms are spread over several levels, I plan the sound separately by floor.
The site covers around 27,500 square metres; the Lokpark lists corporate events, summer parties and team building as occasions, and the Lokhalle holds up to 900 people. For an outdoor summer party I clarify power and weather protection for the equipment with you early on.
The westand lists concerts, company parties, trade fairs and private events as occasions and has stood on the Ringgleis since 2019. Because the venue often hosts concerts, we agree how much sound your staff party needs.
The Haus der Wissenschaft is on the campus of the Technical University and lists the rooms Ideenraum and Weitblick as well as a restaurant in the building; the rooms can be booked individually. If a professional lecture is followed by a social evening, I build the change in the music into the plan.
The Panoramic lists company parties, Christmas parties and anniversaries as occasions; its rooms range from Hall P1 for 40 to 70 guests to the Grand Ballroom for 200 to 400. Depending on the number of attendees, I adapt the positioning and the sound system to the size created by the movable walls.

Who I am
Braunschweig is a research city: the Technical University, the federal institute, the research airport and numerous engineering firms shape the economy. At your party, doctorate holders will probably sit next to fitters and career starters next to division heads, and I tailor my music to that. I learned the craft in the nightclub; company and private parties came later.
In the initial conversation you decide with me when speeches are given and when people dance, and I plan the transitions accordingly. On the day of the event my sound system and wireless microphones are ready, and I check the room before your guests arrive.

It starts with your music wish list; I clarify details with the venue and suppliers so that you do not have to chase anyone by phone. Tracks and themes that do not suit your occasion, I leave out of the programme on your say-so.

We discuss the programme, from seventies soul to current charts, beforehand, and I mix the styles so that your workforce celebrates together.
I'm ready before doors open, set up without rushing and clear everything away myself after the last track. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or lifts) setup takes around 40 minutes.

+49 176 700 580 27First I ask how old your guests are and what occasion you are celebrating, then I open with familiar tracks. I learn in advance what matters to your management, and the mood in the room steers the rest of the evening.
My standard system is enough for up to around 150 guests; a larger hall gets additional speakers, whose placement we determine together with you.
We schedule speeches and awards firmly into the timetable with you. Then I lower the music, hand you the wireless microphone and gently bring your guests back to the dance floor afterwards.
Four to eight weeks between inquiry and event are usual; for large events or in peak season, plan earlier. Within a day you will hear from me whether your date is free.
If needed, I also take care of live music, a photo station and uplights, so that you have only one contact person. Every program item is fitted into your schedule.
Tell me the room size, the access route for the equipment and the contact person at the venue, and I will handle the coordination with the operator. Before your doors open, I listen to the empty room and align the system accordingly.

This is how your company party in Braunschweig works: you tell me the occasion, date and number of participants, and in a video call we discuss music, program and room. Shortly before the date we set the schedule in a briefing. On the day of the event I arrive before doors open, set up and test the sound while the room is still empty. If the guest list is very long, I bring in technical partners; for smaller groups my own system is enough.

Transparency
A pure Ballermann and schlager programme? That is not part of my repertoire. A few sing-along titles are welcome at company parties, but building a whole evening on them goes against my style. The same goes for techno with no connection to your audience, for rigid request lists and for festivals with several stages. There are colleagues who do exactly that gladly and well.
My strength is mixing live for guests with a sense for the right moment: precise transitions, the right track at the right time, rather than letting a playlist run. That is why I would rather tell you straight away what I don't offer than have you disappointed on the night.
If that doesn't suit your event, I'm not the right choice, and that's perfectly fine. If it does, we'll discuss everything else.
