Company parties in Bremen
A hotel hall, a museum foyer and an industrial hall carry sound differently; that is why I ask in advance about room size, ceiling height and house rules and plan my set-up accordingly. Five venues between the market square, the Bürgerpark and the museum show how versatile your company evening in Bremen can be: a vault, two hotels, an event hall and an exhibition venue.
For your corporate event, Bremen offers very different settings, from the vaulted cellar at the market square via hotels in the Bürgerpark and the old town to the hall in the Überseestadt. Each of these venues has its own rules for setup and power, and my concept only takes shape once I know them.
A hotel ballroom needs less reserve than a hall with a high ceiling, and I check any existing in-house technology before I set up my own speakers. We discuss that with the venue before you commit.
The Ratskeller lists company anniversaries, Christmas parties and staff parties and, according to the operator, offers the right setting for every company size. The Historische Halle rests on 20 pillars. In such an old vaulted cellar, I agree my setup with the venue beforehand.
The hotel in the Bürgerpark lists eight event rooms with daylight, and the Saal Gräfin Emma measures 420 m² and, according to the operator, is suited to gala dinners and large business events. From the conference part to the party, we plan when the music switches from background to dancing.
The hotel in the old town lists corporate events and Christmas parties and counts the Goldene Säle, the historic wine cellar and the roof lounge with a 360° panoramic view among its rooms. Depending on the room, I choose between background music and a dance floor.
The event location in the Überseestadt lists company parties, Christmas parties and anniversaries and offers 200 m² to 2,000 m² of space for 50 to 2,000 people, at ground level and with free parking. In such a wide hall, I lay out the sound system after consulting the venue.
The museum rents out the Diorama for up to 60 people, the Forum with rows of seating for up to 120 people, as well as the foyer and exhibition areas, and lists company party, conference and award ceremony as occasions. In a museum I keep the setup discreet and agree the schedule and equipment with the venue beforehand.
I took the rooms, occasions and capacity figures from the operators' websites, as of October 2026. Whether your date is free and how many guests fit in the venue, you clarify directly with the operator.
Who I am
For your celebration in a port and trading city like Bremen, one thing holds true: teams work in very different ways, in administration, logistics, development or sales. Before I plan anything, I want to know who is celebrating, what is on the programme and how old your employees are on average.
After over 1450 events, I know how a company party runs: subdued at first for welcome and conversation, with rising energy after the meal, open to requests from the team late in the evening. If the schedule gets out of hand, I am available to you and your management during the evening too.

01Up to about 150 guests I bring the complete equipment myself; for larger events I bring in reliable technical partners. I tailor the music to your venue, and in the end there should still be dancing. Which track works with which age group, I hear in the room and add accordingly, instead of working through a list. I put all agreements in writing so that nobody has to ask on the night. For the breaks between programme items we agree suitable accompaniment beforehand, and I keep time free between dinner and party so that a long speech does not slow your evening down.

Your wish list is the starting point; after that I sort out the details with the venue and the other suppliers so that you do not have to chase anything. Songs and topics that do not suit your occasion stay out of the programme.

From seventies soul to the current charts, we agree your programme in advance so that your guests hear everything they like over the course of the night.
Setup takes around 40 minutes, the equipment needs about 2.5 by 1.5 metres of space, and after the last track I take everything down myself. About 2.5 m in width and 1.5 m in depth is enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or lifts) setup takes around 40 minutes.

Whether it is a gala or an anniversary, the yardstick is the same as for any company party: the music follows your occasion, not the other way round.

I start with tracks that polarise nobody and raise the tempo only after the meal. Your business partners experience a relaxed evening, and your team still gets a dance floor.
Tell me the timing and the speaker beforehand, then I lower the music in good time and pass on the wireless microphone. After the last word I build the mood up again, without it feeling abrupt.
I ask beforehand about power connections, flooring and setup times and keep my system compact. Whatever the venue prohibits, I implement without discussion.
How early should you get in touch? Four to eight weeks before the date is usually enough; elaborate programmes and the busiest months of the season need more lead time. Write to me and you will know the next day; a binding quote follows once we have spoken.
Yes, I arrange violin, vocals, saxophone or percussion from my network, playing over my mix. You decide with me in conversation when the performance takes place.

Transparency
A pure Ballermann and schlager programme? That is not part of my repertoire. A few sing-along titles are welcome at company parties, but building a whole evening on them goes against my style. The same goes for techno with no connection to your audience, for rigid request lists and for festivals with several stages. There are colleagues who do exactly that gladly and well.
My strength is mixing live for guests with a sense for the right moment: precise transitions, the right track at the right time, rather than letting a playlist run. That is why I would rather tell you straight away what I don't offer than have you disappointed on the night.
If that doesn't suit your event, I'm not the right choice, and that's perfectly fine. If it does, we'll discuss everything else.
