Wedding venues in Bremen
Whether vault, hotel hall or industrial hall: I have the ceiling, floor and open space described to me and set up the system to suit the room. I introduce four venues, from the Ratskeller beneath the market square and two hotels to the hall in the Überseestadt. For each of these venues I put the equipment together anew, and how that works out we discuss together.
In Bremen you can choose between a vault beneath the market square, a hotel on the Hollersee in the Bürgerpark and a hall in the Überseestadt on the Weser. Each of these rooms sounds different, and I set up my system accordingly.
Vaulted cellars swallow low tones differently from a hall with a concrete floor, which is why I only decide after the room description how much bass and lighting I bring. If my equipment doesn't suit your venue, I will tell you before you book.
The Ratskeller stands on the market square and lists weddings as an occasion in their own right. The Historische Halle rests on 20 pillars, and the Priölken of 1599 offer private booths for up to five people each. Which room works for your guest numbers you settle with the venue, and then I align my set-up accordingly.
The hotel on the Hollersee lists weddings and festive receptions in the Gräfin Emma hall, which measures 420 m². The standing reception takes place at the Hollersee or in the Kuppelhalle. If you move from the reception outdoors into the hall, I plan the transition so that the music follows seamlessly.
The hotel in the old town lists weddings first among its occasions and counts the Goldene Säle, the historic wine cellar and the Roof Lounge with its 360° panoramic view among its event spaces. Where you dance and where you sit in peace you discuss with the venue, and my set-up follows that layout.
The event location in the Überseestadt lists private parties, weddings and birthdays alongside company parties and offers 200 m² to 2,000 m² of space, at ground level and with free parking. If you are celebrating with a manageable number of guests, we limit the area so that the room doesn't swallow the music.
Rooms, occasions and details come from the operators' websites, as of October 2026. Whether your date is free and how many guests fit in the house is something you clarify directly with the respective venue.
I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.
Who I am
Your table will probably seat people from all sorts of corners: the aunt from Delmenhorst, the colleagues from the Überseestadt, the friends from the Viertel. So that everyone finds something of themselves, I first ask you about the songs that tell your story and the ones that are off limits.
From this comes a running order that I rework in the evening according to the mood in the room. More than 650 weddings I have accompanied have shown me when a dance floor fills at once and when it needs time, and I give it that time so that even reserved guests join in.
How it works
A short message is enough, and within 24 hours you have my reply. A video call and access to the wedding portal follow, and a few days before the celebration we go through every detail once more.

With your booking you receive access to the wedding portal. There you collect favourite songs, no-gos and your running order, and about a week before the celebration we talk everything through together.
The set-up takes around 40 minutes, but I am at the venue well before the first guests so that the soundcheck and arrangements with the hotel, photographer and speaker go smoothly.
For the entrance, the exchange of rings and the exit, the tracks you chose are played. At the reception, subtle lounge music plays, and where there is no power outdoors, the battery takes over.
I underscore the meal with calm sound, the wireless microphone is ready for the speeches, and games, surprises and the bouquet toss each get their own track.
You open the dancing with your chosen song, then I read the floor, change the set on the fly and keep young and old moving until the evening winds down.

I blend disco, the nineties, current charts and soul as the mood of your evening allows, without a rigid genre scheme.
The setup needs about 2.5 by 1.5 metres of space, and after the celebration I pack everything away myself. About 2.5 m in width and 1.5 m in depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or lifts) setup takes around 40 minutes.
Outdoor
My battery-powered setup accompanies the entrance, the ring exchange and the exit of a humanist ceremony, so your spot by the water needs no power socket.
Photo station, live music, uplights and audio guest book can be booked along with it on request, and I take care of the arrangements.

I don't play the two worlds in separate blocks one after the other, but weave them together with edits that I cut myself. That way the parents' table hears familiar melodies in a new guise, and your friends don't have to wait for their songs.
Yes, my system runs on a battery, so you do not need to have a cable laid to the shore. For the entrance, ring exchange and exit at the shore, you tell me the pieces in advance in the portal.
For the reception I keep the volume low enough that you can chat easily over sparkling wine and canapés. Only once the guests have sat down or the dancing begins do I turn it up noticeably.
My standard system covers up to 150 guests, even under a high hall ceiling. For a room that large, I agree the speaker positions and the reserve capacity with you and the venue beforehand.

Live music for the reception or dinner, and then a full DJ night anyway? Through my network I can arrange a well-rehearsed band, from a duo to a quartet, with vocals, guitar, piano, percussion or saxophone. Because everything is planned by one person, there is one point of contact, one sound concept and no gap between band and DJ.

To begin, you send me a message with the date, the venue and the number of guests. Then you tell me in a video call how the day should go, and a few days before the wedding we settle the last details.
