Company parties in Bremerhaven
A hotel hall, a foyer with a staircase landscape and a museum hall carry sound differently; that's why I ask beforehand about room size, ceiling height and house rules and plan my setup accordingly. Four venues between the Weser dyke and the city centre show how varied your company evening in Bremerhaven can be: a hotel on the dyke, the Klimahaus, the Auswandererhaus and a city hotel.

In a conference room a leaner setup is enough, in an open foyer the sound needs more headroom; if equipment is permanently installed in the venue, I look at it before I set up speakers. We clear these questions with the venue before you sign.
The hotel on the Weser dyke lists Christmas parties as well as corporate and business events. The largest conference room measures 420 m² and, according to the operator, holds up to 230 people for a gala or dancing. From the conference part to the celebration, we plan when the music moves from the background to the dance floor.
The Klimahaus lists Christmas parties and team building with mini golf at the 8th degree of longitude. The foyer measures 300 m² and holds up to 850 people, the Kyoto room up to 150. In a venue with an exhibition I agree setup and schedule with the team beforehand.
The house on the Weser dyke lists corporate events, receptions and anniversaries and rents out, among others, the New-York-Saal and the Ditzen-Blanke-Saal. In a museum I keep the setup discreet and clear power and schedule with the venue before I bring anything.
The hotel names celebrations from weddings to company parties and lists four event rooms, including the Bibliothek with its balcony and the Weinrot restaurant. Whether background sound or dancing, it depends on the room you book.
I took the rooms, occasions and capacity figures from the operators' websites, as of October 2026. Whether your date is free and how many guests fit in the venue, you clarify directly with the operator.
Who I am
Anyone celebrating in a port and research city like Bremerhaven has guests from very different fields: cargo handling and logistics, shipbuilding, administration, science. Before I plan, I want to know who is coming, what is on the programme and how the staff is made up.
After over 1450 events I know how a company party unfolds: quiet at first for the welcome and conversation, with growing energy after dinner, and late in the evening open to requests from the team. If the schedule starts to wobble, I'm available to you and the management during the evening too.

I tailor the music to your venue, and in the end there should still be dancing. Which track works for which age group I hear in the room and follow up accordingly, instead of working through a list. I put all agreements in writing so nobody has to ask questions on the night. For the pauses between programme items we agree suitable accompaniment in advance, and I keep time free between dinner and party so a long speech doesn't slow down your evening.

Your wish list is the starting point; after that I sort out the details with the venue and the other suppliers so that you do not have to chase anything. Songs and topics that do not suit your occasion stay out of the programme.

From seventies soul to the current charts, we agree your programme in advance so that your guests hear everything they like over the course of the night.
Setup takes about 40 minutes, the system needs around 2.5 by 1.5 metres of space, and after the last track I dismantle everything myself. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough for that, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or lifts) setup takes around 40 minutes.

To open I choose tracks that get in nobody's way, and only after the main course do I pick up the pace. Your outside guests experience a relaxed evening, and your colleagues still get to dance.
Tell me beforehand when the speech is due and who gives it. I take the music out in good time, hand over the wireless microphone and then bring the mood back step by step.
Before the date I ask about power sockets, flooring and setup times, and I keep my system small. If the venue prohibits something, I simply comply.
Feel free to call me four to eight weeks before your event; if many guests are expected or it falls in peak season, it is better to start planning earlier. Send me a short message, you will get a reply the next day, and a binding quote follows after our conversation.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
