Wedding venues in Bremerhaven
Whether it's a hotel ballroom, a foyer or a terrace with a view of the harbour: I have the room size and floor described to me and then decide how much equipment your celebration can take. I'll introduce three venues: a hotel above the Weser dyke, the Klimahaus in the Havenwelten and a house with four event rooms in the middle of the city. How music and equipment fit into each of them, we'll work out together.
In Bremerhaven you celebrate with a view of the Weser and the harbour, among the climate zones of the Klimahaus or in a hotel in the city centre. Each of these settings calls for a different cut of music and technology from me.
A foyer with a high ceiling absorbs sound differently from a library with a balcony, so I have the rooms described to me first before I decide how much lighting and bass to bring. If my equipment doesn't suit your room, I'll tell you openly, before you book.
The hotel stands on the Weser dyke in the Havenwelten and lists weddings among its occasions. The Captain's Lounge on the 19th floor offers a view over Bremerhaven and the Weser, and on Deck 1 there is room for up to 140 guests. Where you dance and where you sit in peace, you settle with the venue, and my setup follows that layout.
The Klimahaus lists weddings with a gala dinner and photos in the Antarctica station, and also Samoa as a beach backdrop for parties and buffets. The foyer measures 300 m² and holds up to 850 people. In such a special venue, I coordinate setup and power with the team beforehand.
The hotel lists celebrations from weddings to company parties and names four event rooms. The library offers a dance floor on request and a large balcony, and the Galerie Weinrot is located at the Pocket Park. Which room suits your guest count, you clarify with the venue, and then I plan my setup.
Rooms, occasions and details come from the operators' websites, as of October 2026. Whether your date is free and how many guests fit in the house is something you clarify directly with the respective venue.
I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.
Who I am
In a port city, worlds often meet at your wedding: family from the coast sits next to colleagues from the harbour, friends from university and guests who have travelled a long way. So that everyone finds themselves in the music, I first listen for the songs that tell your shared story and the ones you do not want to hear.
From these answers a framework grows, which I flexibly rework during the evening. Over 650 weddings have taught me when a dance floor joins in right away and when it needs a few minutes, and with me it gets those minutes.
How it works
A few lines from you are enough, and I'll get back to you the next day. Then we talk about your day in a video call, you get access to the wedding portal, and shortly beforehand we go through everything once more.
Request a dateAs soon as the date and venue are fixed, you write to me; I get back to you the same day, within 24 hours at the latest. In the video call we get to know each other without pressure, and then your quote follows.
With your booking you receive access to the wedding portal. There you enter favourite songs, no-gos and your schedule, and about a week before the celebration we go through everything together.
Setup takes about 40 minutes, but I am at the venue long before the first guests arrive, so that the soundcheck and arrangements with the hotel, photographer and speaker go smoothly without any rush.
For the entrance, the exchange of rings and the exit, the tracks you picked are played. At the reception, subtle lounge music sets the atmosphere, and where there is no power outside, the battery supplies the system.
I accompany the meal quietly, the wireless microphone is ready for the speeches, and games, surprises and the bouquet toss each get their own track.
You open the dancing with your chosen song, then I read the floor, change the set on the fly and keep young and old moving until the evening winds down.

What should be played and what should be left out, we put down in the first conversation, and I inform the venue and the other service providers myself.
Open Format
I blend disco, the nineties, current charts and soul as the mood of your evening allows, without a fixed genre scheme.
An area of about 2.5 by 1.5 metres is enough for the system, and after the celebration I pack everything up again on my own. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are sufficient, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or lifts) setup takes around 40 minutes.

I accompany the entrance, exchange of rings and exit of a ceremony with a battery-powered system, so your spot works without a power socket.
Photo station, live music, uplights and audio guest book can be booked along with it on request, and I take care of the arrangements.

+49 176 700 580 27First I play tracks that people hum along to at the table, and once the meal is over, I raise the tempo step by step. You give the signal for the kick-off, and I follow your schedule.
I don't put the two camps into separate blocks one after the other, but blend them with edits that I cut myself. That way your grandma recognises her melody, and your friends still don't have to wait for their beat.
I position the speakers so that the sound stays on the area and the wind does not carry it away. If you have a terrace, we discuss beforehand how far the music should reach outside.
At the drinks reception I turn the volume down so far that you can talk without raising your voice. As soon as the floor fills up, you will hear more drive from me again.
My standard system is enough for up to 150 guests; set up, it takes around 2.5 by 1.5 metres of floor space. If space is tight, we work with the venue to find a spot that does not get in the way of you or your guests.

Because everything is planned by one person, there is one point of contact, one sound concept and no gap between band and DJ.

Anyone getting married in Schiffdorf, Loxstedt or Langen can book me too, as well as for celebrations on the coast in Wremen and Dorum or in Nordenham on the other side of the Weser.
You start with a message about the date, venue and guest count. In the video call you then describe how your day will unfold, and shortly before the wedding we close the last gaps.
