Company parties in Hildesheim

Company parties in Hildesheim.

Art Nouveau hall, conference hotel or former aircraft hangar: every venue in Hildesheim needs its own coordination of sound and setup, and we clear that up with you beforehand. Six venues show how different your company evening in Hildesheim can look: a hall for galas, a hotel on the market square, a listed hotel by the station, an event location on Lerchenkamp, an Art Nouveau hall and the Kupferschmiede.

Hall, hotel or Art Nouveau hall: company party in Hildesheim

Former aircraft hangar, hotel on the market or hall in the woods: companies and institutions in Hildesheim celebrate in very different rooms, and I adapt the system and setup to each venue.

If you have further rooms besides the main hall, we split the reception, speeches and dancing between them. If part of your event is outdoors, think early about what happens if it rains.

Halle 39

Schinkelstraße 7, Hildesheim

The hall used to be a place for aircraft maintenance and today offers 4,000 square metres of flexible space for up to 3,450 guests; concerts, trade fairs, congresses and gala events are mentioned. In a hall of this size I plan the sound in zones so that every corner is covered evenly.

Atmosflair Eventlocation

Lerchenkamp 60, Hildesheim

The venue lists corporate events among its occasions; the largest of the five function rooms measures 800 square metres, and banquet seating is possible for up to 300 people. For a dinner followed by a party, we decide when the room changes from dining to dance floor.

Van der Valk Hotel Hildesheim

Markt 4, Hildesheim

The hotel on the market square lists corporate events and conferences and has eight flexible rooms for up to 180 guests. If an evening programme follows a conference, I plan the change between the rooms musically as well.

Novotel Hildesheim

Bahnhofsallee 38, Hildesheim

The listed hotel has 13 event rooms, the largest measuring 700 square metres with banquet seating for up to 500 people; the hotel lists events. If the conference and the evening celebration take place in the same hotel, I set the two parts apart musically.

LewensLust am Galgenberg

Galgenberg 2, Hildesheim

The venue lists corporate events and Christmas parties; the Art Nouveau banquet hall holds up to 140 people, and there is also a parquet dance floor. For speeches I turn the music down and then lead back onto the dance floor.

Kupferschmiede

Steinberg 6, Hildesheim

The Kupferschmiede lists corporate events and Christmas parties; the whole venue offers 350 to 600 seats, plus an arcade hall, a panorama hall and a beer garden. With several areas, we agree where guests are welcomed, where they eat and where they dance later.

Rooms, occasions and floor-space figures come from the operators' websites and an event directory, as of October 2026. Available dates can only be confirmed by the venue itself.

Who I am

Michael Zimmermann – beats per micha.

In Hildesheim, universities, administration, industry and skilled trades work side by side. At your party there may therefore be lecturers next to fitters and trainees next to department heads, and I tailor my music accordingly. My craft comes from the club, and company evenings and private parties came later.

When there will be speeches and when dancing, we decide together in the preliminary talk, and then I plan the transitions. I bring my system including wireless microphones, and before your guests arrive I check the room. I am happy to answer any questions about the schedule in advance.

At your party several generations dance together, which is why soul and current charts play in the same set with me. From the inquiry to the last song you deal with a single person.

One fixed contact person

I get back to you within 24 hours and personally accompany the planning until the date, with no waiting loop and no handing off to colleagues.

An evening that is planned beforehand

It starts with your music wish list; I then clarify the details with the venue and service providers so that you do not have to run after anything. Songs and topics that do not suit your occasion, I keep out of the program on your instruction.

Music genres

We clarify the program, from seventies soul to current charts, beforehand, and I mix the genres so that your staff celebrates together.

Set-up and tear-down without any effort from you

Before doors open I am ready to go, set up in peace and clear everything away myself after the last song. For that about 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup location, no stairs or elevators) the setup takes about 40 minutes.

Gala or company anniversary: my standard stays the same, from the reception through the speeches to the dancing.

Live music, photo station or uplights I organize personally on request, as part of the same planning.

Good questions

What event organisers in Hildesheim want to know.

Here is what organisers usually ask me before booking, and for anything else you can simply call me.

+49 176 700 580 27
What can we expect in the hall if we are planning for 400 guests?

A system for around 150 people is my starting point. For your 400 guests I add speakers, and you and I settle in advance how they are placed in the hall.

Our staff range from apprentices to the managing director: how do you put the music together in Hildesheim?

I ask you beforehand about the age and occasion of your guests and start with well-known tracks. I take on requests from your management, and the room decides the rest.

After dinner there are awards and a speech: how does your music fit in?

You tell me your wishes for when there will be speeches and when dancing, and I take care of the rest of the planning. At every address I turn the music down, put the wireless microphone in your hand and then fade back towards the dance floor.

By when do we need to get in touch so that our annual party works out with you for certain?

Your enquiry should reach me four to eight weeks before your event at the latest. If it is large or falls in peak season, better write earlier; I will confirm a free date to you within a day.

Can you bring in a band or a photo booth for our anniversary?

Yes, I will arrange saxophone, violin, vocals, percussion, photo booth and uplights for you right away. I tune everything to your programme, and I am your only point of contact.

We are celebrating in a hotel near the station: what should we prepare?

Let me know how big the hall is, where the equipment comes in and who is responsible at the house; I will then contact the operator myself. Before your guests arrive, I listen to the empty hall.

What sets me apart

DJ+ – my extra for special evenings.

If you need vocals, violin, saxophone or percussion, I arrange musicians from my network. We set the right moment in the briefing.

Saxophonist in warm backlight 01

Main-time peak · gala champagne reception

DJ + saxophone

At a reception on a terrace, a saxophone feels relaxed and elegant, especially as the evening turns to dusk.

Percussionist on congas in backlight 02

Summer party peak · energy on the dance floor

DJ + percussion

On the wide floor of a large hall, percussion gives the mix punch and groove without needing a band to be set up.

Singer with a microphone in backlight 03

Live-band feeling · party time & special moments

DJ + vocals

If you want to combine party spirit with class, bring in a singer who performs hits live and invites your guests up to the microphone.

Violinist in warm backlight 04

Galas & awards · music from the first note

DJ + violin

At a gala, a violin lends the evening dignity, because its sound gives the welcome of your guests a festive frame.

Band with a singer and musicians as silhouettes in the stage lighting 05

An evening without a break.

First the band, then the beats

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

I also stand behind the decks for your corporate events in Harsum, Sarstedt and Bad Salzdetfurth; you will find more places I work in the list below.

How your company party in Hildesheim works: first you describe the occasion, date and number of guests; in the video call we then talk about music, programme and venue. We set the schedule in the briefing shortly before the event. On the day I am there before admission, set up and listen to the empty room. For very long guest lists I bring in technical partners; for small groups my own system is enough.

Who i'm not the right DJ for

A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.

My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.

If that doesn't fit your event, I'm not the right person, and that's perfectly fine. If it does fit, we'll discuss the details.
