Company parties in Ludwigshafen
An industrial city on the Rhine has very different halls and venues, so I first ask about program, room and number of participants. Five venues show the range for your company evening: the main hall of the Feierabendhaus, the Eberthalle in the Ebertpark, the foyers of the Pfalzbau, the ballroom in the Gesellschaftshaus and a winery in Bad Dürkheim.
If you are holding a company party in Ludwigshafen, you will find rooms ranging from the main hall of the Feierabendhaus for around 1,200 guests to the foyers of the Pfalzbau. I match my equipment to the venue, and for that I first need the occasion, the format and the number of guests.
Setup takes around 40 minutes and needs a space of 2.5 by 1.5 metres, plus a soundcheck and coordination with the venue. We enter when there will be dinner, speeches and dancing into a running order together, and I take care of the dismantling afterwards.
The Feierabendhaus lists galas, workshops, product presentations, after-business parties and summer parties as occasions. According to BASF, the main hall with its stage holds around 1,200 guests and the chamber music hall up to 200, plus conference rooms, a winter garden and a terrace. With this much space I plan sound and setup together with you well in advance.
According to LUKOM the Eberthalle has been in operation since 1965 and is a listed building because of its roof architecture. The Great Hall measures 2,100 square meters without fixed installations, and banquet events with an optional dance floor are named, among others. Where program and dance floor go, I clarify with you before setup.
LUKOM lists company events, receptions, conferences and concerts for the Pfalzbau. The Upper Foyer measures 900, the Lower Foyer 1,200 square meters, the concert hall 767 square meters. Which of these areas your evening uses determines how I distribute the music between reception and program.
The Gesellschaftshaus lists conferences, parties and weddings as occasions, and according to BASF the ballroom holds up to 180 guests. It also includes a wine library, a library and a reading room. In a house arranged like this I deliberately keep the sound understated, and we discuss with you beforehand where speeches and where music get room.
Fitz-Ritter lists company events as well as conferences and workshops as separate areas and offers wine tastings for groups. The operator describes the Sektkellerei Fitz as the oldest in Rhineland-Palatinate. Where the program and dancing take place at your party, we clarify before I fix the setup.

How your evening in Ludwigshafen is structured determines my music planning: first the welcome, then speeches, finally dancing. My path led in 1998 from a disco booth to company and private celebrations, and today I accompany teams of every size. In the preliminary talk, by phone or video call, we set with you when people listen and when they celebrate.
I don't want to stand out, my edits let the parts of your event flow into one another. On the day itself I bring equipment and wireless microphones, set everything up and check the sound.

I hear in the room which track works for which generation and adjust the mix as I go, instead of working through a list. I have mastered the balancing act between company culture and party mood at many staff parties. I keep time free for the transition from dinner to party, so that a long speech does not slow down your evening. For up to 150 guests I provide the complete equipment myself, and for larger events I bring in reliable technical partners.

I start with your music wish list and sort out the details with the venue and vendors myself, so you don't have to chase anyone. Whatever doesn't suit your occasion, I consistently keep out of the program after we've talked it over.

Soul from the seventies, today's charts: We discuss the music program beforehand, and I put the genres together into one whole.
Setup takes about 40 minutes, including the sound check and coordination with the venue; after the last track I clear everything away myself. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or elevators) setup takes around 40 minutes.

+49 176 700 580 27In a hall I distribute the speakers so that speeches stay intelligible and the music still carries. In our preliminary talk I will suggest a layout, and you decide how much volume you want.
My standard system carries a party of up to 150 guests. If your event is bigger, I bring in equipment partners and tell you early, so that you can plan in time.
Give me the times, then I build the music around your program items. My microphones are ready for your speakers, and after the ceremony I lead the mood back to the party.
On arrival in the foyer the sound stays understated and conversation-friendly; only in the hall do I build it up into dance music. We plan the transition with you beforehand, and I stay in close contact with your venue.
Normally four to eight weeks are enough. If your date comes with a major event or full peak season, please get in touch earlier. You will hear from me by the next day at the latest. I invoice you after the event, and the invoice is due within one week.
That can be arranged: a singer, a saxophonist, a violinist or a percussionist from my circle joins my mix live. When that fits best, we will clarify with you in the preliminary talk.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

This is how we work together on your corporate event in Ludwigshafen: you tell me the occasion, the date and the number of participants, and in the video call we clarify music, programme and venue. Shortly before the date we go through the schedule once more with you. On the day of the event I am on site before admission and listen to the empty hall. For small groups my system is enough, and for very large numbers of guests I bring in technology partners.

Transparency
An evening made up only of Ballermann and schlager hits is not my programme. A few sing-along classics go down well at any company party, but for me they are an extra, nothing more. Nor do I offer techno that leaves the guests out, request lists that are worked through rigidly, or festival formats with several stages. If that's what you're looking for, you're better off with colleagues who specialise in it.
I mix live for guests who expect an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, more than pressing play. That is why I tell you in advance what I don't do, so that you aren't disappointed on the night.
If that doesn't suit your event, I'm not the right DJ, and that's perfectly fine. If it does, we'll sort out everything else together.
