Company parties in Osnabrück
Europa-Saal, ballroom or historic hall at the Piesberg: every venue in Osnabrück needs its own balance of sound and set-up, which we agree with you beforehand. Very different spaces come into question for your event in Osnabrück: large halls used for congresses and trade fairs, an event house with several areas, a traditional inn, a listed building on the hill and a hotel with a garden.
Event hall at the Schlosswall, event house at the Pottgraben or hall at the Piesberg: companies and universities in Osnabrück celebrate in very different spaces, and I adapt the sound system and positioning to the venue.
If there are foyers, cafés or side rooms next to the main room, tell me where guests are welcomed and speeches are held and where dancing happens later. If part of the event takes place outdoors, a back-up plan for bad weather belongs on your list early on.
The OsnabrückHalle hosts congresses, trade fairs and social events and offers rooms 01 to 10 alongside the Europa-Saal with 1,089 square metres. In a venue with so many rooms, we decide where the official part takes place and where dancing happens later.
The Alando Palais lists company parties and Christmas parties as occasions and divides its private and business events across eight areas. Because several areas may have their own lighting and sound equipment, we agree in advance which equipment I add.
The Walhalla lists company parties as a service of its own and, by its own account, works with the concept of sharing dishes together; the rooms are decorated with paintings by a South African artist. For a celebration at long tables, we plan music that supports conversation.
The Gesellschaftshaus lists company parties and business celebrations as occasions; its hall from 1896 holds 70 to 150 people, and there are two small cafés as well. Because it is a listed building, we agree the setup and decoration with the venue in advance.
Hotel Remarque lists rooms for up to 400 guests and names business events as an occasion; its rooms open onto the hotel garden and terrace at the city wall. If a sociable evening follows a conference part, we plan the change of music right from the start.

Who I am
Your audience in Osnabrück comes from logistics, higher education and the car, metal and paper industries. At your party there will probably be dispatchers beside engineers and trainees beside managing directors, and I tailor the music to that. I learned my craft in the nightclub; company and private parties came later.

It starts with your music wish list; I clarify details with the venue and suppliers so that you do not have to chase anyone by phone. Tracks and themes that do not suit your occasion, I leave out of the programme on your say-so.

We discuss the programme, from seventies soul to current charts, beforehand, and I mix the styles so that your workforce celebrates together.
I'm ready before doors open, set up without rushing and clear everything away myself after the last track. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or lifts) setup takes around 40 minutes.

Here is what organisers usually ask me before booking, and for anything else you can simply call me.
+49 176 700 580 27I first ask about the age range and occasion of your event and begin with songs that every department knows. I note requests from your management in advance, and after that I follow the mood in the room.
Tell me the venue's requirements and I will adapt my setup and positioning to them. My equipment is compact, so I can usually manage without making any changes to the room.
I build speeches and honours firmly into your schedule. At each address I turn the music down and put a microphone in your hand; afterwards I gently lead your guests back to dancing.
Normally allow four to eight weeks; if your event is large or falls in the busy season, get in touch earlier. Within a day I will tell you whether the date is still open with me.
All you need to do is let me know: I will arrange musicians, a photo station and uplights, and you still deal only with me. Where each item fits into the evening, you settle with me in the briefing.
Tell me the floor, the access route for the equipment and the contact person at the venue; I will speak to the operator myself. I schedule the transport so that it is finished before guests arrive.

Your path to a successful event in Osnabrück begins with the occasion, date and number of participants that you tell me. In a video call we clarify music, programme and room, and in the briefing shortly before the event we set the schedule together. On the day of the event I arrive before admission, set up and listen to the empty room. If your guest list is very long, I bring in technical partners; for smaller groups my own system is enough.

Transparency
A pure Ballermann and schlager programme? That is not part of my repertoire. A few sing-along titles are welcome at company parties, but building a whole evening on them goes against my style. The same goes for techno with no connection to your audience, for rigid request lists and for festivals with several stages. There are colleagues who do exactly that gladly and well.
My strength is mixing live for guests with a sense for the right moment: precise transitions, the right track at the right time, rather than letting a playlist run. That is why I would rather tell you straight away what I don't offer than have you disappointed on the night.
If that doesn't suit your event, I'm not the right choice, and that's perfectly fine. If it does, we'll discuss everything else.
