Company parties in Reutlingen
A city with an industrial past and a university has very different venues, from the conference hotel to the barn, so I match the sound system and set-up to each venue individually. Five venues from the Stadthalle to the open-air stage show how different your company evening in Reutlingen can look: concert hall, hotel, barn and open-air stage.
Whether a conference centre with several halls or a barn for the summer party: Reutlingen offers companies plenty of venues, and I set up the system and the arrangement according to your choice. Which option suits your team depends on the number of guests and the programme.
If the venue has a stage and several rooms, we agree with you where speeches take place and where people dance. On an open-air stage a lot depends on the weather, so with you we plan an alternative early on.
The Stadthalle lists a Large Hall for up to 1,700 people, a Small Hall for over 400, eleven conference rooms and a roof terrace of almost 1,000 square metres; among its occasions it names meetings and congresses. In a venue with several halls and foyers, we decide where the reception takes place and where the dancing happens later.
Hotel Achalm lists a seminar area of around 135 square metres with a terrace and, for evening events, the Schafstall with room for up to 200 people. If an evening programme follows the talk and dinner, I build the move to the Schafstall into the music.
Achalm Hof lists staff parties, summer parties and team events as occasions. The event barn offers 375 square metres of floor space with a permanently installed 220-inch screen, sound system and microphones, plus 1,100 square metres of outdoor area. Whether I use the house system or bring my own, we settle before the date.
Hotel Fortuna describes its event rooms as flexibly divisible for groups of 2 to 400 participants and mentions a new panorama hall. Depending on how the hall is divided, I choose speaker positions and zones so that every corner is covered evenly.
The association rents out its theatre grounds in the Markwasen and names past events such as the apprenticeship graduation party of a trades association, a timber construction symposium and fashion shows. Under the open sky, weather and equipment positions matter, and we discuss both with the association beforehand.

Who I am
In Reutlingen, shaped by mechanical engineering and a textile tradition, many companies celebrate with a workforce ranging from apprentices to management, and I tailor my selection to that. At your event I decide where welcome, speeches and dancing belong and build the music around them. I learned the craft at a club booth, and more than 1450 events at company and private celebrations have come together since.
In the preliminary talk by phone or video call we decide with you when there are speeches and when there is celebration. On the day of the event my system and the wireless microphones are ready, I set everything up and listen to the room before your guests arrive.

We settle the music programme, from seventies soul to current chart hits, beforehand, and I combine the genres so that your workforce celebrates together.
I am ready in good time before doors open, set up the system calmly and pack everything away myself after the last track. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth is enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or lifts) setup takes around 40 minutes.

In the preliminary talk I ask about the age mix and the occasion, and I start with tracks almost everyone knows. After that I follow the mood of the guests, and I take requests from your management into account beforehand.
Together with you we fix the schedule in advance. I fade the music out and in for speeches, hand on the wireless microphone and make sure the transition to the dance floor does not feel abrupt.
My standard system is enough for around 150 guests. For larger gatherings, for example in a hall, I bring in additional equipment and agree it with you.
Four to eight weeks is usually enough; but if extensive programmes are running in peak season, the conversation is welcome to take place earlier. Within 24 hours you will hear from me whether your date is free.
Yes, on request I also arrange a photo station, uplights, saxophone, violin, vocals or percussion. You get everything from one source, and I coordinate every performance with your programme.

The process for your company celebration in Reutlingen is straightforward: you tell me the occasion, date and number of participants, and in the video call we discuss music, programme and venue. A briefing shortly before the date fixes the schedule with you. On the day of the event I am in the building before admission, set up the system and check the sound in the empty room. If your guest list is very long, I bring in technical partners; for small groups my own system is enough.

Transparency
An evening made up only of Ballermann and schlager hits is not my programme. A few sing-along classics go down well at any company party, but for me they are an extra, nothing more. Nor do I offer techno that leaves the guests out, request lists that are worked through rigidly, or festival formats with several stages. If that's what you're looking for, you're better off with colleagues who specialise in it.
I mix live for guests who expect an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, more than pressing play. That is why I tell you in advance what I don't do, so that you aren't disappointed on the night.
If that doesn't suit your event, I'm not the right DJ, and that's perfectly fine. If it does, we'll sort out everything else together.
