I am Michael Zimmermann, an event DJ, and my area of work starts at the Salzach. Whether it is a celebration in the old town, in a garden or at a company: for every group of guests I look for the soundtrack that fills the room. Beforehand we calmly work out how your evening should run.

The Salzach flows right through the city, and the Mönchsberg, Kapuzinerberg and Festungsberg surround the old town. Rooms in this basin sound very different, so I set up speakers and decks to suit each hall.
Further out lie Elsbethen, Anif, Grödig and Wals-Siezenheim, and beyond them Hallein and Seekirchen am Wallersee. Hall, garden or company: wherever you celebrate, I set up the sound system to suit the room.

About me
First disco, then banqueting hall.
In 1998 I stood behind DJ decks for the first time, back then in a disco. Today it is more than 1,450 events, over 650 of them weddings, and since 2004 private and corporate celebrations have been at the heart of my work.
Before I play in Salzburg, I listen: who is coming, how old is the group, how big is the room? On the evening I then watch which track carries the mood. 60 Google reviews averaging 5.0 stars show that this approach goes down well.
Besides playing, I run workshops for the DJ Allianz e.V. and pass on what I have learned at the mixing desk over the years. My own edits link songs so that you hardly notice the change.

Everything included.
Sound and lighting for rooms of up to about 150 guests, wireless microphones for speeches and backup equipment come to every party. On request I add uplights, a photo booth, an audio guest book or live music to the DJ set. We discuss the schedule and music calmly beforehand, so that nothing is left open on the day itself.

I take care of the music and sound, and the announcements too if you wish, from the sparkling wine reception in the garden to the end late in the evening. The selection is based on your guests and the room.
Which parts of the Salzburger Land do you cover?
Besides the city, I work in Elsbethen, Anif, Grödig, Wals-Siezenheim, Hallein and Seekirchen am Wallersee. Celebrations at the Fuschlsee, at the Obertrumer See or in Mondsee are also possible.
When is the right time to get in touch?
As soon as you know the date and the venue. Summer weekends at the lakes are booked quickly, but I reply within 24 hours and tell you whether the day is free.
What does a DJ play when young and old celebrate together?
An evening with grandparents, colleagues and friends needs classics alongside current hits. I watch the dance floor and adapt the selection, and we discuss requests and no-gos beforehand.
What if the equipment fails?
A backup system with sound system, laptop and controller is always with me, so the music keeps playing without an audible gap.
How does working together begin?
Write to me via the form or give me a call. I get back to you within a day, we talk through your wishes in a video call, and then a personal quote follows.

A saxophone lays itself over the beat as the guests arrive in the garden or on the terrace, and gives the first dance some weight.
