Wedding venues in Offenbach
Sometimes a palais, sometimes an exhibition hall, sometimes a factory building with outdoor space: because every room sounds different, I first ask about the floor plan, outdoor area and power connections. I will show you five addresses, from the palais with its terrace and the large trade fair centre to factory halls and a steakhouse on Wilhelmsplatz; for each one I plan the setup and schedule with you.
Offenbach offers very different settings for your celebration: an 18th-century palais, an exhibition centre with five halls or an old factory complex with a beach area. Every environment sounds different, so I only fix the speaker positions and schedule once you have chosen a venue.
A tall hall demands more power in sound and light than a dining room, which I fill with very little equipment. If the evening has a theme, tell me in your playlist what fits and what must never be played. I set up early enough that your drinks reception does not depend on the technology.
For weddings, the hotel at the Büsingpalais mentions a drinks reception and wedding photos on the palais terrace. According to the operator, 14 event rooms with a combined 1,904 square metres are available, and the largest seats 240 people with banquet seating. Because the reception and the party often take place in different rooms, I plan with you how the music travels from the terrace to the dance floor.
Besides corporate events, the trade fair centre also lists private celebrations such as weddings and galas. According to the operator, five halls with up to 7,000 square metres are available for up to 2,000 people, plus conference rooms for 40 to 100 guests. In a hall of this size my system is scaled to your guest count, and we think in advance about how the space will be divided up.
According to its events page, the steakhouse on Wilhelmsplatz offers a venue with catering and suitable decoration for weddings, corporate events and birthdays. The page gives no guest numbers, so ask the venue directly. I adapt my setup to the room you are offered.
The venue in the Waldhof industrial estate, run by Dey Catering, lists weddings and pre-wedding parties (Polterabend) among its occasions. According to the operator there are 70 indoor and 50 outdoor seats for a maximum of 80 guests. My compact set is enough for this size, and we decide together whether the dancing starts indoors or outdoors.
Kommune2010 describes factory halls and workshop rooms in an industrial look, two open-air stages and an outdoor area with a sandy beach and barbecue spot; weddings are among the listed occasions. The page gives no address or guest numbers, and the operator recommends a viewing. Between the hall and the beach area we work out where which music should be heard.
Rooms, areas and occasions are taken from the operators' own websites, as of October 2026. Whether your preferred date is free and how many guests the venue suits, you can find out directly from them.
I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.
Who I am
First I listen: what story are you telling, who sits at your tables, which songs must never be missing? Many countries of origin and generations come together in Offenbach, and wedding parties are often just as mixed. I tailor my edits to that, blending tracks from several decades into one flow.
I started in 1998 in a discotheque, and since 2004 private and corporate celebrations have been added, with more than 1450 events to date. I don't push myself into the spotlight, so that later you can say: that was our day.
How it works
You get in touch briefly, you receive my reply within 24 hours, and after that a video call, arrangements and the setup accompany you up to the opening dance.
Request a dateSend me the date and place as soon as both are settled; I will get back to you the same day or within 24 hours at the latest. The video call comes without sales pressure: first getting to know each other, then ideas, then your quote.
Once you book, your wedding portal opens. There you collect special moments, no-gos, favourite songs and the schedule, and about a week beforehand we go through everything by phone.
While you are getting changed, I am already on site. I set up, check the sound system, coordinate with the speakers and the photographer, and keep the technology invisible to the guests.
For the entrance, the exchange of rings and the exit, I use music deliberately to set the mood. Quiet lounge music plays at the reception, and where there is no power outdoors, the battery steps in.
The meal gets a calm soundtrack, a wireless microphone is ready for the speeches, and games, surprises and the bouquet toss each get their own music.
You open the dancing with your chosen edit, and then the party part begins. I watch the floor, adapt the set on the spot and keep every generation moving until you call it a night.

I blend disco classics, nineties hits and current chart music depending on the mood of your guests; a rigid list does not dictate the order.
I arrive in good time before the start, set up calmly, check the sound and clear everything away myself after the celebration. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or lifts) the setup takes around 40 minutes.
Outdoor
For the ceremony with the entrance, the exchange of rings and the exit, my battery is enough, so no power socket is needed.

No, for a reception my system runs on battery, so you do not need to lay any cables. Whether equipment may be set up on the grounds by the river is up to the owner, and I will support you with the request.
In advance I collect from you the songs that matter to family and friends, including titles in other languages. If I notice during the evening which tables are getting moving, I switch accordingly between disco, charts and classics. A list of your favourite songs is welcome in advance, and I will work it in.
Yes, from my network of musicians I can arrange vocals, violin, percussion or saxophone for you. You decide with me when the performance starts, for example at the entrance or before dessert, and the music then flows into my mix.
Yes, for thirty people I scale my system down to a small set that fills the room without booming. My standard system is designed for up to 150 guests, and all I need for the setup is a table and a power socket.
Anyone celebrating on a Saturday between May and September should get in touch at least half a year ahead; outside the season three months is often enough. I answer your enquiry within 24 hours, then you will know whether my calendar still has that day.

Service area
I also take on your wedding in Frankfurt, Hanau, Neu-Isenburg and Heusenstamm and bring the sound system myself. If your venue is elsewhere in the Rhine-Main area, the list of locations below will help.
It starts with a short message from you: date, venue, approximate number of guests. In the video call we then talk about music, schedule and the moments that matter to you, and in the week before the celebration we clear up the last details.
