Wedding venues in Pforzheim
Before I plan, I ask about the house, courtyard and terrace, because a vaulted cellar needs a different sound than a hall under the roof. I introduce five venues to you, from the vaulted cellar in the Würm valley and a forum up on the heights to the sky lounge above the city center, and for each one I plan the setup and schedule together with you.
If you marry in Pforzheim, you can choose between a house in the Würmtal, a site with an orchard on the edge of town and a floor high above the city centre. Because the Würmtal, the edge of town and the city-centre floor all sound completely different, I tailor the system, the placement and the schedule to your venue.
In the vaulted cellar with a bar, I keep the sound more subdued than in the hall, and your sparkling wine reception on the meadow runs on battery instead of a power outlet. I also get the room details from the venue in good time, so speakers and cables hold no surprises on the big day.
The house from 1907 lists a Great Hall with terrace, a vaulted cellar with bar and dance floor, and a humanist ceremony in the greenery with a view of the Würm. Since only one celebration per day takes place in the house, we discuss the times for setup and soundcheck with the operator.
The house in the greenery lists a drinks reception under fruit trees, a church service in the chapel or outdoors, and a barbecue by the campfire for celebrations. If your party moves between meadow and hall, I plan the switch so that the music comes along without a break.
The Parkhotel offers its banquet rooms as wedding halls, for example Vision with 207 square meters, the Salon Dachgarten and the Palmengarten, all with a dance floor. How big your room turns out to be determines how much equipment I bring.
According to the operator, the Skylounge is on the 16th floor and offers a 360-degree view from a height of 75 meters. The Skylounge is named for formal celebrations, and in a venue like that I clarify beforehand how I run technology and cables discreetly.
The Kulturhaus rents out barrier-free rooms with modern event technology and lists weddings and birthdays as private occasions. Which equipment the venue provides itself, we discuss with the team before I plan my sound system accordingly.
I took the rooms and occasions from the operators' websites, as of October 2026. Whether your date is available and how many guests fit into the venue, only the operator can tell you.
I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.
If you want a humanist ceremony, the Altes Kurhotel lists, according to the operator, a humanist ceremony in the greenery with a view of the Würm. I agree the music for the entrance, ring exchange and exit with you in advance.
Who I am
Your wedding in Pforzheim should sound like you, which is why I ask about you first. My first evenings were in 1998 at the discotheque, and later weddings and company parties were added; over 650 weddings are among the more than 1450 events.
I keep a low profile, because the music should carry the evening, not draw attention to itself. With my own edits I blend tracks from several decades so that grandparents, friends and colleagues dance on the same floor. In the end you should say: that was our whole day.
How it works
A short message is enough, I reply within a day, and then come the video call, arrangements with the venue and the setup, all the way to the opening dance.
Request a dateAs soon as the date and venue are set, send me a short message; I usually reply the same day, at the latest within 24 hours. On the video call we get to know each other in a relaxed way and collect first ideas, and afterwards you receive your quote.
After booking, you get access to your wedding portal. There you enter special moments, no-gos, favorite songs and the schedule in the web app, and about a week before the celebration we go through everything by phone.
I arrive in good time, while you are still getting ready. Then I set up the equipment, listen to the room, settle last points with the speaker and the photographer, and stay in the background for your guests.
For the entrance, ring exchange and exit, the music sets the mood. At the reception afterwards, quiet lounge music plays, and even outdoors without a power socket everything works on battery.
During the meal, calm background music plays. Speeches go through the wireless microphone, and for games, surprises and the bouquet toss, I pick the fitting music each time.
Your chosen edit starts the dance, then the party takes off. I keep an eye on the floor, adjust the set live and keep all generations moving until the final song.

I combine disco classics, nineties hits and current charts into one set, and what plays is determined by the mood of your guests, not by a fixed list.
I set up calmly, test the sound and clear everything away myself after the celebration. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough for that, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or elevators) the setup takes around 40 minutes.

For the entrance, ring exchange and exit of a humanist ceremony, my music works without a power cable, because a strong battery carries the whole ceremony.

That is your decision. I play your choice for the entrance, the ring exchange and the exit, and I keep an eye on the flow of the ceremony. Whether weddings are allowed at the venue at all is something you can find out from the operator.
I watch the room and notice which tables aren't moving. I step in there with a fitting track, and I note down your must-play songs as well as your no-gos in advance.
Yes, through my network, violin, saxophone, vocals or percussion are all possible. The musicians play live over my mix; whether at the reception or at the start of the dancing, we'll talk it through on the video call.
In a small circle, good transitions stand out, and I build them for you. My standard system covers up to around 150 guests, so for thirty people the setup is correspondingly compact.
The earlier, the better, because I assign popular Saturdays in the order of inquiries. You'll get a reply about your date within 24 hours.

You start with the date, the venue and the number of guests you expect. Afterwards we talk in a video call about musical taste, program items and surprises, and shortly before the celebration we go through the schedule one last time, point by point.
