Company parties in Halle (Saale)
Hotel room, chocolate factory or hall with stucco: the rooms in Halle (Saale) are very different, so I first ask about the programme and the room. How wide the choice is for your company evening is shown by five examples from the city: from the Halloren factory world and historic assembly rooms to the zoo terrace.
What Halle (Saale) offers for company parties ranges from an Art Nouveau building with a 500 m² hall and hotel rooms to the chocolate world in the old factory. I adapt the scope of my equipment to the venue, so I need the occasion, format and number of guests from you beforehand.
In a hall with tall windows I keep the sound lean, and at an outdoor party I make sure it carries. We settle in advance the times for the meal, speeches and dancing; I take care of setup along with teardown.
The Art Nouveau house, opened in 1907, hosts company parties in the Great Hall with 500 m², in the foyer with a bar and in the outdoor area. With such different areas, we clarify in advance where the programme and the dance floor will be.
The hotel explicitly mentions conferences and has 11 event rooms between 22 and 165 m², totalling 537 m². For your company party I will work out with you whether the reception and the evening programme take place in the same room.
In the chocolate world of the oldest chocolate factory in Germany still in production, the venue's contact form also applies to corporate events. How much music is pleasant between the exhibition and the conversations, we will discuss with you in advance.
The foundations, established in 1698, state on their website that rooms can be hired. The Freylinghausen Hall was built in 1710 to 1711 as a large assembly hall; which rooms are suitable for your party, you clarify with the venue.
The zoo on the Reilsberg mentions corporate events, Christmas parties and business dinners, and rents out the historic Kolonnaden-Saal with a covered beer garden. For outdoor parties I design the set-up with you so that speeches and music stay clear even in the wind.

Who I am
You set the framework for your evening in Halle (Saale): first the reception, then contributions, finally dancing, and the music follows that dramaturgy. I come from the nightclub scene and have since accompanied many company events. Beforehand we go through by phone or video call when there will be speeches and when there will be celebrating.

Your music wish list is the start, then I clarify details myself with the venue and service providers, so that you do not have to chase after them. Tracks and themes that do not suit your occasion I note in the conversation and consistently keep out of the programme.

We set your music program together beforehand, from seventies soul to current hits, and I tie the genres together into a well-rounded evening.
I need about 40 minutes for set-up, but I am ready in good time before the doors open, set up the system calmly and clear everything away myself after the last track. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough for that, and under normal conditions (car close to the set-up point, no stairs or lifts) set-up takes around 40 minutes.

Here is what organisers usually ask me before booking, and for anything else you can simply call me.
+49 176 700 580 27Yes, I put my programme together so that you do not end up celebrating in an empty room when the number of guests changes. We agree with you in advance when the shifts end and when the last guests arrive. If necessary, I shorten the set or stretch it until everyone is there.
First I ask you about your guests, because those details determine my choice of music. During award ceremonies and keynote speeches I hold back, and afterwards I lift the mood step by step. I provide a microphone for your speakers.
For that I use compact speakers and place them at a distance from delicate pieces. Send me a floor plan or photos, and I will adapt my plan accordingly. You will learn directly at the venue what is permitted.
As a rule, a lead time of four to eight weeks is sufficient. If you have a sought-after December Friday in mind or a large guest list, it is better to enquire earlier. You can expect my reply on the same day as a rule, and then we settle the schedule and technology with you.
That is doable: I provide two hours of discreet background music followed by a compact dance block that quickly gets your guests onto the floor. You decide when it starts and when it ends. If you still have speeches planned, I time the transitions to fit.
You receive a written quote at the start and the invoice at the end. We agree the payment method with you before booking. If your accounts department has questions, I am your contact myself.

This is how we work together on your corporate event in Halle (Saale): you describe the occasion, date and number of participants, in a video call we clarify music, programme and room, and shortly before the date we check the schedule. On the day of the event I am ready before the doors open and check the empty room. For smaller groups my own system is enough; for very large guest numbers I bring in equipment partners.

Transparency
An evening made up only of Ballermann and schlager hits is not my programme. A few sing-along classics go down well at any company party, but for me they are an extra, nothing more. Nor do I offer techno that leaves the guests out, request lists that are worked through rigidly, or festival formats with several stages. If that's what you're looking for, you're better off with colleagues who specialise in it.
I mix live for guests who expect an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, more than pressing play. That is why I tell you in advance what I don't do, so that you aren't disappointed on the night.
If that doesn't suit your event, I'm not the right DJ, and that's perfectly fine. If it does, we'll sort out everything else together.
