DJ Halle (Saale) · Districts and Saaletal
From the old town to Giebichenstein and out into the Saaletal: music that suits your celebration.
Anyone celebrating in the birthplace of George Frideric Handel knows that an evening thrives on interplay. My name is Michael Zimmermann, and at your event the music follows the people in the room, not a rigid plan. What suits your occasion, we clarify in advance, calmly, by phone or video call.
“We couldn't have wished for a better DJ.”

You get exactly one shot. I had 1,450 to practise.
Micha is a great DJ. He is super nice and implements everything exactly as agreed. I can absolutely recommend him.

Occasions
Each card leads to its own page: choose the one that fits your event in Halle or the Saaletal.
Whether an Art Nouveau hall, a hotel or a country house in the Salzatal: the music accompanies your day from the reception to the final song.
Summer party, Christmas party or anniversary: the music brings together colleagues who otherwise only nod to each other in the corridor.
From a 30th at a restaurant to a 50th with the whole family: the songs follow your guests and your taste.
Around Halle
The Handel Festival has taken place every year since 1952, and on the market square the Red Tower strikes the hour with its carillon. I take that as the benchmark for my sets: a clear sound that does not boom even in a small hall.
Your celebration can take place in the old town, in an Art Nouveau house on the Schleifweg or out in the Saaletal. Kabelsketal, Landsberg, Schkopau and Merseburg are also part of my service area.

About me
I started more than 25 years ago in a nightclub, and there I learned that music only works when it suits the people in the room. Since then there have been over 1450 events, more than 650 of them weddings, plus company evenings and birthdays of every size.
If you want to get an impression beforehand, you can read 60 Google reviews with an average of 5.0 stars. Which songs get played is decided by the age, number and mood of the guests and by the occasion.
I also pass on my knowledge in workshops of the DJ Allianz e.V., which are about clean transitions and a feel for the mood. In a city that takes its concerts seriously, that is a good benchmark.

Services
Sound and lighting for rooms of up to about 150 guests, wireless microphones for speeches and backup equipment come to every party. On request I add uplights, a photo booth, an audio guest book or live music to the DJ set. We discuss the schedule and music calmly beforehand, so that nothing is left open on the day itself.
Frequently asked questions
Short answers for everyone who wants to celebrate in Halle or the Saaletal. You will find more on the pages for weddings, company parties and birthdays.
+49 176 700 580 27I bring the music, the sound system and, if you like, the announcements, whether you celebrate in Giebichenstein, in the Paulusviertel or in the old town. You decide how the evening is structured, and I put it into practice.
I come to every district and to towns such as Kabelsketal, Landsberg, Teutschenthal, Schkopau, Merseburg and Salzatal. Just tell me where you are celebrating.
As soon as your date is set, because the most popular Saturdays go first. Within 24 hours I will let you know whether your day is still free.
You send me in advance what must be played and what must not. I build the framework from that, and on the night I decide by the dance floor what fits when.
I arrive with duplicate equipment, including a spare laptop and a second wireless link. If something fails, the music carries on without an audible break.
Write to me via the form or give me a call, whether you are celebrating near the Marktkirche or in the Saalekreis. I will get back to you within 24 hours, arrange a no-obligation video call and then send you a personal quote.
Then enquire right away, before another couple or team books the same Saturday.

Even more options
If you would like a voice or an instrument alongside the DJ set, you can add live musicians from my network. They perform between the tracks and fit into the evening, whether the celebration takes place in a hall, on a terrace or by the water. We decide together which line-up suits you.
01
Reception · Opening dance
A saxophone over mellow house gives the reception warmth and turns the first dance into a small performance.
02
Entrance · Surprise
A voice accompanies the entrance or surprises the birthday guest of honour just when they least expect it.
03
Late evening · Dance floor
Drums and rhythm instruments drive the evening on when everyone should get moving after dinner.
04
Standing reception · Festive dinner
The violin accompanies the standing reception or the meal and adds glamour to the evening in the hall, on the terrace or in the garden.

I look forward to hearing what you're celebrating, and I'll make sure the music fits. Popular dates are often booked months in advance, so an early inquiry pays off.
