Company parties in Moers

Company parties in Moers.

A hotel ballroom needs different sound from a large hall or a conference centre, which is why I first ask how your evening is structured and where it takes place. Five addresses show how different your evening in Moers can turn out: as a banquet in a hotel ballroom, as an event in the event hall, at the conference centre by the sports park, in the Schlosstheater or in the castle.

Hotel ballroom or event hall: corporate event in Moers

Whether hotel ballroom, event hall or conference venue: the number of guests and the floor plan determine how much sound your evening needs, and that question is where my planning begins.

At the entrance and in the foyer, the music helps decide whether your guests start chatting; in the hall, your programme determines when it turns into dance music. When speeches, tributes and breaks follow, we settle beforehand in a short list, and I manage both setting up and taking down on my own.

Van der Valk Hotel Moers

Krefelder Straße 169, Moers

The hotel offers staff parties from 30 people and has six rooms. According to the hotel, the Bettenkampersaal with 580 square metres can hold 250 seats for a banquet and 600 for a reception, while the Valkensaal with 440 square metres holds 200 and 300 guests respectively. At this size, we agree early on how the sound will be handled.

enni.eventhalle

enni.freizeitpark, Filder Straße 140-144, Moers

The hall is part of the enni.freizeitpark, which also contains the enni.eiswelt and the enni.solimare. The website names ES Event-Service Niederrhein eG as the contact for enquiries. With a hall of this kind, we talk early about sound and about whether a technology partner joins us.

enni.tagungscenter

enni.sportpark rheinkamp, Am Sportzentrum 5, Moers

The conference centre is part of the enni.sportpark rheinkamp, which also has a versatile sports hall. The website gives no capacities and refers to the ESN team. Whether your evening can take place there, you clarify with the operator; after that we discuss programme and music.

Schlosstheater Moers

Schloss Moers

The venue opened in 1975 in the cellar rooms of the castle as a studio and chamber theatre and has its own entrance. Whether a company evening is possible there, you clarify with the venue; for a theatre space, I coordinate the technology with its staff.

Schloss Moers

Moers

The complex goes back to a tower from around 1200, has belonged to the town since 1905 and houses the Grafschafter Museum with 19 accessible rooms. Whether a company evening is possible in the castle, you clarify with the town; within historic walls, we discuss beforehand where equipment may stand.

Rooms, occasions and size details come from Wikipedia and from the websites of the operators named (as of October 2026). Please clarify available dates directly with the respective venue.

Who I am

Michael Zimmermann – beats per micha.

What role music plays at your evening in Moers depends on the programme: speeches first, then a buffet, dancing later, or everything at once? I started out at a discotheque booth and today have more than 1,450 private and corporate events behind me. Whether a mid-sized company, an association or an administration, with every company I first listen to the tone of the house.

At what point speeches are planned and when the celebrating part begins, we discuss in advance. Because I cut transitions myself, no item on the programme ends abruptly. I bring my system including wireless microphones; if the venue has its own technicians, I coordinate directly with them.

You receive my reply within 24 hours, and I support the planning personally, with no waiting queue.

An evening that is planned beforehand

First we collect your music requests, I coordinate with the venue and service providers myself, and tracks that don't fit I consistently leave out when you tell me.

Music genres

Which styles should be played, we decide together, from seventies soul to today's charts; I bring them together into one evening.

Set-up and tear-down without any effort from you

Setup takes around 40 minutes and about 2.5 by 1.5 meters of floor space, and afterwards I pack everything up myself again. For that, about 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or elevators) setup takes around 40 minutes.

Gala ballroom with stage, set tables and DJ booth (AI-generated) Premium

Gala & Awards

I look after a gala or a company anniversary with the same care, from the welcome of the first guests to the last walk to the cloakroom.

Optional: extras

If you wish, I include live music, a photo station or uplights in the same coordination.

Good questions

What organisers in Moers want to know.

These are the questions organisers ask me most often, and if yours isn't there, just get in touch with me directly.

Our company consists of the office, workshop and warehouse, and these groups rarely celebrate together: how do you bring everyone on board?

I start with songs that every department knows and let the selection become more danceable from track to track. We clarify beforehand which groups will be sitting together at your event and how formal the evening should be.

We present awards to teams during the evening and need a short pause each time: how do you coordinate that?

I receive your schedule in advance and plan the music so that every award presentation begins without a track playing. Afterwards I raise the tempo again so the mood doesn't drop.

Our party takes place in a tent on the company premises: what power and protection does your equipment need?

I will tell you the power requirements of my system in advance, so that your tent builder or building technician can prepare the connection. My equipment needs a dry roof; whether it stands under the tent canvas or in a side room, we decide on site.

We have several hundred guests registered: Is your standard system enough?

I cover up to 150 guests with the standard system; at your size, a technical partner is needed. I agree on this partner with you early, so that even the back tables get good sound.

Our annual party in Moers takes place in autumn: how early do we need to get in touch with you?

You should allow four to eight weeks for coordination, equipment and schedule. Before the end of the year things get tight, so please write earlier; you will have my reply by the next day at the latest.

Our purchasing department requires a written quote and an invoice with a purchase order number: how does that work with you?

First you receive the quote in writing, then billing goes through your company with a payment term of 7 days. If you give me the order number or cost centre, it appears on the document.

What sets me apart

DJ+ – my extra for special evenings.

If you would like vocals, violin, saxophone or percussion, I bring in musicians from my network. We will discuss in advance when in the evening the performance works best.

Saxophonist in warm backlight 01

Main-time peak · gala champagne reception

DJ + saxophone

At the reception in the foyer or on the terrace, a saxophone sounds relaxed and elegant, especially as the evening moves into the night.

Percussionist on congas in backlight 02

Summer party peak · energy on the dance floor

DJ + percussion

In a wide hall, percussion gives the mix punch without having to set up an entire band with equipment.

Singer with a microphone in backlight 03

Live-band feeling · party time & special moments

DJ + vocals

If you want to combine the seriousness of day-to-day business with a party mood, a voice sings well-known hits live and gets your staff singing along.

Violinist in warm backlight 04

Galas & awards · music from the first note

DJ + violin

A violin suits a gala: it opens the reception with dignity and instantly gives your guests the feeling of a special evening.

Band with a singer and musicians as silhouettes in the stage lighting 05

An evening without a break.

First the band, then the beats

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

Besides Moers, I take on corporate events in Kamp-Lintfort, Neukirchen-Vluyn, Rheinberg and Duisburg; you will find more locations further down the page.

An occasion, a date and a rough guest count are enough for me to start. In the video call we talk about your programme, your room and the music, and a few days before the event we fix the individual stages together. On the day itself I need about 40 minutes for setup, and afterwards I listen to the empty room. My standard system covers up to 150 guests; for larger events, technical partners join in.

Who i'm not the right DJ for

An evening made up only of Ballermann and schlager hits is not my programme. A few sing-along classics go down well at any company party, but for me they are an extra, nothing more. Nor do I offer techno that leaves the guests out, request lists that are worked through rigidly, or festival formats with several stages. If that's what you're looking for, you're better off with colleagues who specialise in it.

I mix live for guests who expect an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, more than pressing play. That is why I tell you in advance what I don't do, so that you aren't disappointed on the night.

If that doesn't suit your event, I'm not the right DJ, and that's perfectly fine. If it does, we'll sort out everything else together.
