Cottbus is an independent city with 95,140 inhabitants, lies on the middle Spree near the Spreewald and is regarded as the centre of the Sorbs in Lower Lusatia. The Cottbus-Nord open-cast mine closed in December 2015, and today the flooded site is home to the Cottbuser Ostsee; there is also a technical university with around 7,100 students.
Your party does not have to take place in the city centre: Kolkwitz, Peitz, Burg im Spreewald and Spremberg are just as much part of my service area as the districts in the north and south of the city.

Reading a crowd I do not know has been my craft for more than 25 years. Over 1450 events, more than 650 of them weddings, have confirmed the same rule for company parties and birthdays: listen first, then look for the right track.
If you would like to get an impression beforehand, you will find 60 reviews on Google with an average of 5.0 stars. Before a celebration I want to know who is coming, how big the group will be and what the evening is meant to mean, because the music and equipment depend on it.
I also pass on what I know about beatmatching and reading the room in workshops of the DJ Allianz e.V. In a city where university, industry and country life meet, very different groups often celebrate together, and that is exactly what I prepare for.

Everything included.
Sound and lighting for rooms of up to about 150 guests, wireless microphones for speeches and backup equipment come to every party. On request I add uplights, a photo booth, an audio guest book or live music to the DJ set. We discuss the schedule and music calmly beforehand, so that nothing is left open on the day itself.

I bring the music, the sound system and, if you like, the announcements myself, whether you celebrate in Sandow, in the city centre or in Branitz. You decide how the evening runs, and I carry it out.
Do you also play in the towns around the city?
Yes, villages in the Spreewald and the surrounding area, such as Kolkwitz, Peitz, Burg or Spremberg, are part of my area too. Just tell me where you are celebrating.
When should we get in touch?
As soon as the date is set, because weekends get booked up quickly, especially in the summer months. Within 24 hours I will tell you whether your date is free.
Does the music work when students, village relatives and colleagues celebrate together?
With a mix like that, I combine classics, current chart hits and dance music and watch what the dance floor responds to. We talk through your requests and the tracks that should not be played beforehand.
What happens if a device fails?
I always carry a second set with a spare laptop, whether it is a tent by the water or a large hall. If something fails, the music keeps playing anyway.
