Whether Hörde, Kreuzviertel or Nordstadt, whether Bochum or Unna: I'm Michael Zimmermann, and I put together each evening around the people in the room. People celebrating in a city where colliery halls have become banquet halls usually don't want a standard playlist, and what plays instead we discuss beforehand by phone or video call.

Dortmund has around 600,000 inhabitants in twelve city districts. Where the Phoenix-Ost steelworks stood until 2001, Phoenix-See now lies, and around 300 companies work in the technology park next to the university. The Westfalenhallen and the Signal Iduna Park with 81,365 seats shape the city as a meeting place for trade fairs, concerts and football.
Whether your celebration takes place in a city district, a former colliery or one of the neighbouring towns makes no difference to my planning. Bochum, Lünen, Unna, Witten and Schwerte are also part of my service area.

About me
Behind the decks when the party starts.
My path began in a nightclub, where it quickly became clear whether a track carries the room or empties it. From this craft more than 1,450 events have grown, including more than 650 weddings, as well as company evenings and birthdays from living rooms to industrial halls.
How guests see it is shown by 60 Google reviews with an average of 5.0 stars. At the start of every plan I ask about guests, age and room, and only then does the music come.
In the DJ Allianz e.V. I run workshops on transitions and on reading the dance floor. In a region where football chants, pop and Schlager are all requested on the same evening, this is needed every day.

Everything included.
Sound and lighting for rooms of up to about 150 guests, wireless microphones for speeches and backup equipment come to every party. On request I add uplights, a photo booth, an audio guest book or live music to the DJ set. We discuss the schedule and music calmly beforehand, so that nothing is left open on the day itself.

Music, sound system and, if you wish, announcements all come from me, whether you celebrate in Hörde, the Kreuzviertel or the Nordstadt. You decide the schedule of the evening, and I put it into practice musically.
Where in the Ruhr area and along the Hellweg do I work?
In all Dortmund districts and in places such as Bochum, Lünen, Unna, Witten and Schwerte. Just tell me where your party is.
How early should I enquire?
As soon as the date is fixed. Popular Saturdays go first, and within a day you will hear from me whether your date is still free.
Can a football song be played on a match day?
If you want it, gladly, and at a point where it lifts the mood. Anyone who can't relate to it still gets their music on the dance floor.
What happens if a device fails?
A second set-up including a spare laptop is in the luggage, whether in a hall in Dortmund or in Unna. If something fails, the music keeps playing.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the form or call, wherever you are celebrating. I reply within 24 hours, we talk in a no-obligation video call, and afterwards you receive a personal quote.
